It doesn't. Mods see the entire history. If you haven't been modded in over a year and get a more severe penalty next time....I'd say it doesn't. I don't know why you are arguing with me. I know from my experience moderations count over the time you've gotten them. Again....I avoid them for the most...and have long stretches with none. But that doesn't mean the penalty has not increased. I have my history to show me....and just you arguing against it. Which should I believe?
