There has to be a balance.

If someone has a really nice personality then they can even appear to be better looking over time, as you become more attracted to them. But yes, you do need something to start with, but "decent" is completely workable.

I want to be in a positive relationship, that means;

-Intelligent -Humorous -Caring

But there also needs to be;

-A drug free environment -Responsibility -Independence

That might sound awfully harsh or restrictive to some, but I don't want to be a father that's married to someone who will be a bad example. I also don't want to be relied on constantly, though that's not to say that I'll ignore everything.

There are plenty of fish, but it seems as though too many are becoming poisoned by **** up habits. Too many guys think with their shlong instead of their brain, that's why divorce rates are so god damned high, and why so many kids are getting messed up.

looks,personality changes,whereas if you are ugly you are set for life(unless you have money to spend on plastic surgeries).Plus personality can be faked and hidden,whereas looks is the first thing anyone notices

Moderately attractive is fine by me. I actually prefer girls who are "cute" rather than totally hot. I'd much rather be with somebody I really love spending time with instead of somebody who's hot but I don't have any real connection with.
