You're the one who seems to be calling people out when they state the fact that the media usually doesn't care about black people attacking white people, AS COMPARED to it being the other way around. You're missing the point. The fact that someone says "Hurr durr they were arguing about chicken and black girls are easily angered" (Which they USUALLY are, this is actually almost a fact, I swear, I'm not racist, but black teenage girls REALLY do get easily worked up about smaller things as compared to other races) is not racist, well, maybe a little, but It's freedom of speech, no one gets angry if black people make fun of white people, heck, I can laugh at it. As a citizen of the United States, you have every right to speak however you want. It makes no difference to me how you carry yourself. The problem I have is that you are generalizing a group of people as if you know each and every one of them. Which begs the question, do you know them?
Unfortunately the US has yet to implement a "Freedom-of-kicking-people-in-the-face" law, so this just looks like a flat out hate crime, notice I said LOOKS like. I'm aware.
And you have to admit, if the colors WERE switched around, there WOULD be more people screaming "HATE CRIME" than there probably will be with this. You're probably right. So what? If they are wrong, then it would be human history to blame. Like you and other posters here have assumed that black girls are easily angered, supposedly.DJjoey
Overall, it sounds like you think that Freedom of Speech = Okay to be a racist. In a way, it does mean that. You can say whatever you want about whoever you want. Just know that there are people who won't take this sort of thing lightly. In real life.
[QUOTE="BranKetra"]You should read the thread. I didn't say that at all. Not to mention, I have read reports on black-on-white crimes considered to be racially motivated. So, you're who doesn't know what they're talking about.[QUOTE="DJjoey"] They are not trolls. If you SERIOUSLY try to claim that the media is completely colorblind when it comes to these kind of crimes, you are ignorant. It is popular knowledge, according to the media that, among other things: It's impossible to commit hate crimes against white people. It's impossible to be religiously intolerant against Christians. It's impossible to be sexist against people of the male gender. The people who started out being on top, can NEVER be done wrong against, according to the media nowadays.Nibroc420
Seriously, read the first post of this page.
However more often than not, a black on white assault charge wouldn't be considered a hate crime. Where as the opposite is true for White on black assault charges. I would most certainly had exercised my right of civil arrest if I had been in that situation. In my country anything like that would be totally illegal. Once this guy who had a shop which sold expensive clocks and jewelry was robbed by two people with bats who smashed up his store, and threatened his daughter and wife, so the man took out a gun and forced the robbers to stay where they were until the police arrived. And what happened?
The two robbers got off with 3 months in detention each, while the owner of the shop lost his gun, had to go to jail for 6 months, pay a hefty fine for owning a gun, and each of the robbers sued him, so he had to pay approx 10.000 USD to make up for the "mental trauma" he gave them, he also lost his store since he couldn't afford reparations.
So in a country where it would actually be LEGAL to do something about violence, I would jump at the chance.

This happened in at a McDonald's in Baltimore and it was a woman that was attacked and is 22. Baltimore County McDonald's beating video goes viral details that hate crime charges are quite possible. The Blaze report states that the guys post is an odd claim taken from The Smoking Gun. A 14 year old girl has already been charged and charges are pending against an 18 year old woman.

Who said anything about "taking" the aggressor? As I said, it's about separating them, not fighting the attackers. If it were two burly men, yes, I honestly would still do something about it. And yes, it is cowardly not to for fear of injury, though it wouldn't surprise me if MOST people wouldn't do anything about it. That's just the way society is.Disgusting video. I see too many of these videos where people just stand around and watch this crap happen. At least the manager tried to stop it. More people need to stop being so scared and just do something.

The violence in that video is senseless, but if Hulk just smashed through the wall and crushed their little bones, to save the poor girl who was basically being beaten to death, it would be sensible.Based on the article, it seems like British law is against people defending themselves with physical force if it means that it will cause any criminals serious harm. It's obvious you've never been in a situation similar to this before. Things like this can escalate very quickly. I dont know these people or what they have on them. For all i know those two women could have been with a much larger group outside of the restaurant. A group that could take exception with me putting my hands on them and physically separating them. Time and time i again i've seen people who try to help become a victim as well. Sometimes even being fatally injured. It's easy being a keyboard warrior though.[QUOTE="Nkemjo"]

Don't know if you're serious but if you are I would think that you would approve of this sort of senseless violence judging from that comment.
The violence in that video is senseless, but if Hulk just smashed through the wall and crushed their little bones, to save the poor girl who was basically being beaten to death, it would be sensible.Yes that sounds very sensible indeed :| Here's another idea, they could be restrained and the police could come and detain them?

Or they can die. I like that idea more. This happened in at a McDonald's in Baltimore and it was a woman that was attacked and is 22. Baltimore County McDonald's beating video goes viral details that hate crime charges are quite possible. The Blaze report states that the guys post is an odd claim taken from The Smoking Gun. A 14 year old girl has already been charged and charges are pending against an 18 year old woman.

i'm really glad to read that she is in fair condition. the two black girls should be charged with hate crimes. seriously, who beats someone to the point of them having a seizure for over using a public bathroom?

I am confused their are claims it was a man dressed as a woman trying to use the womens restroom and getting mouthy with people.AutoPilotOnThe person who taped the event is claiming that it was a man dressed as a woman. But the police haven't addressed those claims and they've went on record addressing the victim as a female. So as of right now, we don't really know which is the truth. But I would think if the police are referring to victim as a she and assuring everyone that SHE is in fair condition then it is a female. The video is very unclear obviously, but if it is a man, he has a very feminine build.
[QUOTE="MichaelMCS"]Reverse the races of the victim and the aggressors then this would be a serious hate crime. YellowOneKinobiAnd likely all over the news. I checked virtually all the major news sites and found pretty much nuttin.See, **** like this makes my blood boil. Apparently it's only a hate crime if the WHITE person is the perpetrator of the crime. What a load of bull****.

What a load of bull****. The police are investigating the possibility of a hate crime in this instance. So that's not entirely true.
