You're the one who seems to be calling people out when they state the fact that the media usually doesn't care about black people attacking white people, AS COMPARED to it being the other way around. You're missing the point.

The fact that someone says "Hurr durr they were arguing about chicken and black girls are easily angered" (Which they USUALLY are, this is actually almost a fact, I swear, I'm not racist, but black teenage girls REALLY do get easily worked up about smaller things as compared to other races) is not racist, well, maybe a little, but It's freedom of speech, no one gets angry if black people make fun of white people, heck, I can laugh at it. As a citizen of the United States, you have every right to speak however you want. It makes no difference to me how you carry yourself. The problem I have is that you are generalizing a group of people as if you know each and every one of them. Which begs the question, do you know them?

Unfortunately the US has yet to implement a "Freedom-of-kicking-people-in-the-face" law, so this just looks like a flat out hate crime, notice I said LOOKS like. I'm aware.

And you have to admit, if the colors WERE switched around, there WOULD be more people screaming "HATE CRIME" than there probably will be with this. You're probably right. So what? Overall, it sounds like you think that Freedom of Speech = Okay to be a racist. In a way, it does mean that. You can say whatever you want about whoever you want. Just know that there are people who won't take this sort of thing lightly. In real life.

I would most certainly had exercised my right of civil arrest if I had been in that situation. In my country anything like that would be totally illegal. The two robbers got off with 3 months in detention each, while the owner of the shop lost his gun, had to go to jail for 6 months, pay a hefty fine for owning a gun, and each of the robbers sued him, so he had to pay approx 10.000 USD to make up for the "mental trauma" he gave them, he also lost his store since he couldn't afford reparations.

So in a country where it would actually be LEGAL to do something about violence, I would jump at the chance.

Well most likely if you separate the aggressor he will come after you :P and glad to hear that you would in that scenario too. It's nice to know that some people will still risk their own well being to help others.

Well if you had bothered to actually read what I wrote, I said that it's all well and good when it's 2 girls but would he do the same if it was 2 big men. He answered yes and I agreed with him that it should be done. I never defended the actions of those standing around infact I was arguing against it, people should help no matter what. When I said take I didn't mean beat up either I meant separate them. Lol not everyone thinks like me? Of course they don't that's what makes us human, but don't try putting false words in my mouth.
