A family paying more than $1000 per month for health insurance doesn't want to hear about the good things Obamacare has done. They want to hear about how you are going to make their cost at least somewhat reasonable. Trump has no plan, but he does plan on getting rid of Obamacare. Change at least has some chance at success. Sticking with the current system has no chance of success.
Earlier this week in an interview he said his plan would entail keeping the restriction on discrimination due to pre-existing conditions as well as the ability to stay on your parents' plan until you're 26.
His replacement is starting to sound an awful lot like Obamacare.
I didn't say Trump will fix it. I think his presidency will probably be a disaster overall. I can understand why people weren't thrilled with Hillary telling them why we need to stick with Obamacare, though.

the only way you fix obamacare, the only real solution to fix it is universal health care. It will bring down the costs for the average person much much lower than it currently is. Yes taxes will go up slightly, but health care insurance will be eliminated. Canadians overall pay the same amount of taxes as americans on average, yet get free healthcare. Private insurance will always try to make profits and grow, which is counter to the goal of the average joe who wants affordable health care. In this case you can ONLY choose one or the other: You go for free health care or you go for private insurance healthcare (obamacare). Obama busted his ass in 2011 to ram through free health care but the republicans obstructed it in full when they regained the congress.
Hillary should have run on universal healthcare. A lot of the liberals who stayed home or voted 3rd party would have voted for that.
But i stand by the facts, the American people chose Hillary, not Trump.
You keep saying this, but you are wrong. Nearly 50% of the Americans you are referring to did NOT actually vote. You cannot determine who those non-voters may have voted for if they were forced to.
The American people chose to remove themselves from the sham of the political atmosphere. Your phrasing of the results isn't accurate and doesn't help your case.
@FireEmblem_Man: What? Im fighting for true Democracy. State your case we can debate it.
How about you shut up, and start helping out plan on rebuilding the DNC? For crying out loud, if it makes you feel better, I suggest you start getting involved with your community, and start grooming for potential nominees. I'll give you 2 progressive people I like, Elizabeth Warren and Julian Castro! They're much stronger and better than Clinton!
@hillelslovak: Its theory. When you give people equality and fairness, they usually participate more.
Im sorry, but Hilary lost, and she cast zero doubt on the electoral college, nor the results of the election. If she, who lost the job, agrees it is fair, should that not be enough? What is stopping democrats from doing what Obama should have the 2 yrs he had a majority, and simply work to destroy gerrymandering? What about tweaking the electoral college?
I doubt ridding our electorate of the electoral college is going to magically increase voter turnout to anywhere near the levels needed to actually say the majority of our country wanted, and voted a candidate into high office.

she did run on free healthcare. Initially she went with fixing obamacare, but Bernie shifted her platform to the left because of how popular he was in the primaries. I'll be honest, all the trouble right now only 3 days after he got elected, its not even worth the damn hassle of voting Trump. I doubt he will honestly make real changes. The shit he will pull on the EPA alone will **** this world up.

The question you should be asking is whether Trump entered the race as a damn joke and or if he ever really expected to win in the first place. To me, he looks like he is in way over his head...that would not be a problem except for the people he is chosing to run the country for him: Alex Jones, Breitbart as chief of staff, a climate change denier as the head of the EPA, the fucking Ben Carson (evolution denier) as head of education. Lets not forget Paul SNAKE Ryan.
@hillelslovak: Each persons vote would count equally no matter where you lived. All votes would be added together to form one united tally. So 5 votes in Florida, 5 in Georgia, and 5 in Puerto Rico would total 15 to your party. Your vote would be united across the whole Nation.
............It wouldn't be equal.. The politicians would flock to the major population centers of the US and only there.. The entirety of the election would be decided by California, and the East Coast alone.. "Battle ground" states would be completely ignored and only certain agendas that those two regions would care about would be pushed forward and nothing else.. That is tyranny of the majority.. You think the framers and the people who amended the constitution didn't think about this? Hey guys this random ass guy in the forum some how has the answer to how we should run the country that some of our greatest political minds have fought with for centuries!
So... how far off the rails has this rampant corruption in the media and narrative selling taken us?
Honestly I don't know.
But here is some footage of white black lives matter protesters beating the shit out of a black man that does not agree with them.
