Ok, but that's not at all what the poster was talking about by being against smoking, as evidenced by his wanting his girl not to smoke or drink and being a Christian. Clearly he has a different reason to dislike smoking, as do the medical commission who lobby against smoking. To blanket label them all as weak-minded is more than a little judgdmental and totally inaccurate.

You need to let her liver her own life. Just because you don't smoke or drink doesn't mean anyone you go out with isn't entitled to. And like others have said, being controlling like that tends to drive people away.
