So, apparently Obama is an Evil illegal alien anti-Christ being Marxist Muslim that pows around with terrorist that's racist towards whites and wants' to destroy America... That was before his inauguration.

Now he's a Communist being socialist Hitler that wants' to destroy America's economy through Socialized health-care and weaken the countries defense with his nuclear weapons intuitive,that's had a terrorist attack on American soil already and allowed national unemployment to climb to its highest in 30 years, radical idiot.

What's up with this crazy amount of hated towards our current president?

Certainly no more disrespected than Bush, Nixon, Hoover, or any number of others. I don't understand why his disciples are so protective of him. I mean...don't tell me you actually trust the guy. He lied through his teeth for the entire campaign, and he is making that apparent now. People are calling him out on it, and I don't see anything wrong with that.

No, it was a name his step father Lolo Soetoro, put on a school form in 1967.

He also put his nationality as Indonesian, something which the Indonesian government didn't recognise. Nor does it legally change the name displayed on his birth certificate; Barack Obama. Nor does it signify that Lolo or Obama's mother renounced his US citizenship: under US law a parent cannot renounce a child's US citizenship.

He's not an exception. Bush was bashed for "stealing" an election even though it was constitutional and he has been called Hitler so many times. Every president has been bashed. Every ex-president then gets sympathy and higher approval ratings later on. It's how America operates. :P

I think it also has to do with the times. Imo with every next president there will be more "hate" because to me it seems that the more time passes the more people feel like doubting, challenging and having a say on matters.

At least from what I see in my country: In earlier years of course people said bad things about certain prime ministers but in the last decade we have merciless satire against politicians that AFAIK didnt exist a few years ago.

But anyway I am only aware of such things for the last few years so...

I dunno. He doesn't bother me.

3. During the campaign, he promised that the healthcare reform deliberations would be transparent and aired on CSPAN...instead the deliberations were conducted behind closed doors and under shadowy circumstances. Obama lied.

I'm pretty sure some other president(s) will have had worse criticism from the public during office, but there's no doubting that the countless reductions to Hitler accusations of socialism, accusations of communism are just nonsensical rubbish from people who can't put together a proper critique on the man's policy direction.
