Seems to be the case. I mean its not like things have gotten any better in the US since Bush left office. Sure, it's only been a year and a half but to rank him in the Top 20 based off virtually nothing other than a promise for "Change" and a questionable health care reform seems a bit silly

Also, Thousands of people died dued to Hurricane Katrina compared to 11 dead from the Oil Spill. And those 11 died in the original explosion. Obama slowness to react hasn't costed anybody their lives yet.

.. Hmm not too sure about that.. Seeing as Obama has been getting alot of heat for just abotu everythign.. The minority party in office has become the party of no where they have fillibustered to historical events.. This is a completely new thing that never playged any of the preisdents for decades..
I don't agree with what he did with his Aunt, but this is hardly a new thing.. Just about every president I have seen be it republican or democrat has done questionable things such as giving collegues of theirs a full get out of jail free card..

Bush wasn't the worse president of all time.. And his main criticism imo was that of the Iraq War, which many realists would consider what of the biggest blunders in recent history..
