Faith in humanity? If by humanity you mean abortion and gay rights then yes.

But if by faith you mean faith in a stronger workforce, stronger economy, stronger military, and stronger America then no.

Yeah, but you implied that your faith in humanity would've been lost if they voted for someone other than Obama. That just seems kinda ironic to me considering what Obama has done while in office.

-Killed thousands of civilians in the Middle East via drone strikes which only have a 2% success rate at killing their intended targets.

-Increased the police state and military industrial complex

-Restricted individual liberties

-Increased the national debt drastically

-Damaged our economy by engaging in policies focused on the short term. We are f*cked in the long run thanks to what he has done.

-He has done nothing to end the war on drugs and decriminalization of marijuana.

I just don't see how it makes you happy that the majority of Americans don't have a problem with these facts. It seems backwards to me.

Lookin' forward to his left leaning supreme court justices.

lol. So it's worth it to vote for Obama simply for that reason? What does the left even mean anymore? I thought they were supposed to oppose war and the imperalist society that we have become. I thought they were supposed to support individual rights and liberties.

Well that is a pretty big reason that will affect America for decades to come.

a) Vote for Obama, same old same old. b) Vote for Romney, same old same old, but with growing social conservatism. Vote for anyone else, see a and b.

Because there are so many 13-year old Runescape users on this forum who say they are "Republicans". Some of the things I read, scare me. I see in the poll that 57% of OT is voting Obama, which means there are actually level-headed people on this forum.

I'm sure almost all of you are socially liberal as f*ck. Do you have sex before marriage? Are you a pot smoker? Youre pretty liberal.

I don't have a probelm with any of these things. Because every President is "responsible" for these acts, when he shouldnt be. Think about this. The economy is bad- OH MY GOD THE PRESIDENT RUINED IT. That is F*cking impossible. The economy is influenced by the whole world, and every company that trades in the USA. OH MY GOD- there was a missle strike that killed people. Yeah, that sucks, but he didn't guide the damn thing.

One guy can't do anything. It takes the strength and weakness of everyone in this country to save ourselves/ the world. Not one guy. Anyone who thinks differently, I think is a complete dumb f*ck ass hat. One guy, that guy being the president, cannot do anything without everyone else contributing.

F*ck!

Because anyone who is socially conservative -I dont care what your business credentials are- should not be in office, and should not be voting. You are holding this country back. Leave your bible at your 19th century home. I understand there are more issues than just social ones. I get it. But I feel like getting rid of Obama is useless. You guys really think Mitt Romney is the savior of us all? No way, man. Come on. Like I posted before, it takes the strength of everyone is help this country, not one guy. And I am a Massachusetts resident- he was my governor, and was a pretty good governor, too. But no way could I stand to see someone put those ancient values back in the white house. Also- Paul Ryan is a total ass hat.

Yet pot is still illegal and so is gay marriage in most states. lol.

Which is sad. Thats more of a product of old-fashioned thinking, not Obama's stay in office. Keep in mind- Obama can't just mandate YOU SHOULD LOVE POT AND GAY PEOPLE. These are issues, unfortunately, that we have to vote on.

Obama of course. He's doing best things ever since he became president. This voting nonsense is a little biased though, if the people vote the president then the people basically vote themselves and a 5 year term is not enough to do anything worthwhile for the economy or the country, so the president then changes because he wasn't doing the things that people wanted and the cycle starts again. Man claims he'll fix the countries money, man tries to, people hate that they have to give up luxuries and then vote another person in instead. What a terrible system.

It seems that you think that there are only two options. I suggest researching the libertarian party. It might fit your beliefs more closely than the democratic party. Especially if you support individual freedom and oppose unnecessary wars.

Eh, I'm not 100% with the democratic party. (I know I just rep'd Obama hardcore). I'm pro capital punishment, and I don't want to legalize pot. The libertarians? I'm kind of with them, too. I just like to say I'm independent. I take each issue one by one, and vote accordingly.

Well Romney would be worse in everyone of those categories and Johnson is insane.....so Obama is the best choice especially due to SCOTUS .

I absolutely agree with you on that. Yet why are you going to continue to support Obama when he is a huge part of that system that is messed up? He has been involved with mass corruption and deception.

Well he apparently reduced government spending and is implementing a good healthcare system, seems like it's a benefit to the whole country instead of just people with insurance.

Alright, what's your stance on war? I think you should consider Gary Johnson instead of Obama. ^^ Read up on his policy stances. He might align closely with your beliefs.

Ugh, I'm kind of a "world police" guy. If I see someone doing wrong to someone else, I want to go in and stop it, even if it's not my business. "WOMEN BEING STONED TO DEATH FOR WEARING JEANS, must invade middle-east and change this." I am supportive of that.

[QUOTE="Vuurk"][QUOTE="Person0"][QUOTE="Vuurk"] So you'll just forgive all of the other things I listed, just so you can get a few liberal supreme court justices? You're not serious are you? Let me get this right. Forgive him for the drone strikes, extending war in the middle east, out of control spending, and restriction on individual liberties just so you can have left wing judges? That is incredibly f*cked up reasoning imo.

Well Romney would be worse in everyone of those categories and Johnson is insane.....so Obama is the best choice especially due to SCOTUS .

Which of Johnson's policy stances would you regard as insane?

Balancing the Budget now when we are in an important part of recovery. Being against all forms of stimulus. Using the 'Fair Tax" Getting rid of money for research in green energy. Stopping the FED from being able to respond to economic needs. Supporting cutting back Medicare/caid and having private insurance be the number 1 source of insurance for people.
