[QUOTE="chessmaster1989"]From what I hear, isn't NYC having problems with power outages at some of the voting places? Might be people being sent to different locations.airshocker

I don't know how it's done in the city, but I'm pretty sure they can't come and vote in the suburbs. I also know that all the polling places in my county are open, Sandy didn't knock any of them out.

Ahh I see. Well you can take comfort in the fact that NY will be going blue. :P

Polls are saying it's going to be Obama (both General Election, and EC) so there is no reason for me to expect Romney to win at this point. Unfortunately this dashes my hopes of republicans getting burned by the EC so that we might abolish them against the rocks.

Coverage will probably start around 6:00, most polls close at 7:30 so probably 8:00-9:00. Depending on how it goes, we may not know for a while who won or we may know instantly.

Gary Johnson. Go ahead and laugh, but since most people vote on partisan lines and refuse to actually see outside the two major candidates, at least I know I'm not apart of the problem.

Just gonna plant these numbers here and walk away. Let's see how close I can predict this thing for absolutely no reason at all.

Romney 248

Obama - 51%

Romney - 49%

From the article:
They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands. Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.LVRJ
Does this guy actually read what he writes or is he on meth 24/7?

Picture of him speaks for itself:

wayne-allyn-root_68x68.jpg

It's like O'Reily rolled into Hannity rolled into Beck on PCP.

EDIT: I also predict electoral college like this (several):

Obama loses Ohio and Florida, but wins Colorado - Still wins election 272 - 266

Obama loses Florida, but wins Ohio and Colorado - Wins by a large margin - 290 - 248

Obama wins Florida, Ohio, and Colorado - Wins by significant margin - 319 - 219

The only way Obama loses is if he loses ALL three Colorado, Ohio, and Florida... (And this is WITH giving Romney automatic wins in Indiana, Virginia, etc which themselves aren't even certain).

I don't know how it's done in the city, but I'm pretty sure they can't come and vote in the suburbs. I also know that all the polling places in my county are open, Sandy didn't knock any of them out.
