No, I mean the ones written and edited by phd chemists.  The reason it is not in your text book is because the only generally proven side effect of fluoridated water is cosmetic issues with teeth coloring.  

How does it make people dumber?  What's the biochemistry?  What's the reaction?  What concentration is necessary to produce significant effects?  Where is your source for any of this bullshit?  Frankly, I don't think you know what a fluoride ion is without checking wikipedia so given how little you know, why in the hell have you taken the opinion that fluoridated water is a massive conspiracy theory to dumb down America?  You've taken one high school chemistry course, your opinion is categorically misinformed and yet you will never stop defending it.....just because?  Because it's your opinion and it can't be wrong?

Yes, the study data does seem to suggest that high levels of fluoride in water decreases IQ levels, BUT what is considered a high level of fluoride in this paper  is close to 10 times the amount of fluoride that is found in water here. In the words of my pharmacology professor, "dose is everything." Water itself is toxic at high enough levels, and the most potent toxin known to man (botulinum toxin) has multiple medical uses at very low doses. In this instance fluoride is toxic in doses considerably higher than what children in the US are getting.
