I haven't exercised regularly since I was like 8 years old. Sit-ups are over-rated. If you want to work on your abs, do crunches. And get your head as far up as you can, not just little ones. Then raise your legs a yard up in the air and hold it for as long as you can. Sit-ups are over-rated. If you want to work on your abs, do crunches. And get your head as far up as you can, not just little ones. Then raise your legs a yard up in the air and hold it for as long as you can. Just do it 2 or 3 times a day.
