Sorry. This is gonna be long! :P But I'll try to spare details! That's not enough time to recover, but if you're set at those weights, you're probably getting used to them. You definitely need to progress in weight while maintaining good form. I really recommend making one day squat day, one day bench day, one day deads day, and one day chin-ups day and do those reverse pyramid style (making your first set your top set). So, for instance, you would warm up with your deads (maybe 135 and 185?) and then, for your first set, try 225 as many times as you can (but don't exceed eight reps). Then, reduce it by 10% (either 200 or 205) and try to do as many as you just did plus one rep. So if you do 225 six times, strive for seven at 205. Then you're done with deads for the week. Ideally, this will be your maximum effort, so this will become very taxing once you figure out your limit. It took me weeks to figure out 315 was my top set, but since then, I've gone to 350 x 5. The point of this is to bust your butt on the key lifts and those will help you get bigger and make your effort worth the while! From experience: I've gained more muscle and strength lifting this way than when I lifted like you. It's incomparable, really. Plus, I work at a gym. I've seen people do a lot of different things. One other person I know lifts the way I do and the differences in our strength, body composition, and appearance compared to the bros who curl four times a day on "bicep day" are unprecedented. For protein: chicken, eggs, steak, fish, shrimp, tuna, cottage cheese.
