Sit-ups are over-rated. If you want to work on your abs, do crunches. And get your head as far up as you can, not just little ones. Then raise your legs a yard up in the air and hold it for as long as you can. Just do it 2 or 3 times a day.

Sit ups are much better then crunches, bro, but that exercise you're talking about isn't bad.

I get a lot better results with crunches.

I think like "30". I like loose waists though, so I'm not sure if it's carried over to my jeans.

Whaaat? Six days? That's way too many if you know what you're doing. What do you do when you go?

I alternate between two, legs one day than top the next. Always do squats and dead lifts, leg extensions, on leg day, with either calves, bum, or abs only once a week. Then for upper I do three exercises each for shoulders back and chest, and just one for triceps. Then either one for biceps or forearms, never both.

Haha no! If you clean up your diet, you'll be happier than doing thousands of crunches and making little progress.

So you squat twice a week and dead lift twice a week? How much do you squat and dead lift? And you're doing way too many upper-body workouts. I know a lot of people would disagree with me, but if you're putting in the effort and not gaining the weight you want, maybe it's time for a change? I can help if you want.

I've lost 15 lbs and three pants sizes (from 34 to 31), and all my lifts (squat, deads, bench, chins) have gone up since November.

Three times a week. 200 for dead lifts and 100 for squats, I'm afraid to go any higher though. I think the change is more protein like you said, so hard getting enough of that stuff. How would you change it though? I'm still learning.
