[QUOTE="sherman-tank1"]USA has WoMD. And Pakistan isn't harboring the Chechen rebels even if they are harboring terrorist which is just speculation though Ipersonallybelieve it. To my knowledge the group hasn't been confirmed it could be Muslim extremist for all we know.[QUOTE="Ace6301"] They've got weapons of mass destruction and are harboring terrorists. Russia actually has a case for invasion if the US is to be believed.Tetrarch9
Their Chechen rebels, its not exacly a huge secret, russia has been at war with them for 15 years now.

Dare I ask how many MW2 jokes have been made by this point...

It is a bit similar to modern warfare 2...........
Only this time the Russians will be exterminating Chechens.
Where was it proven a Muslim did this? It seems like people are seeing these dead bodies and going "Hey, we can use this to persuade people to justify our hate for Muslims!"

Chechens are muslims and have been fighting the russian goverment for some 200 years now.
In 1995 Chechnya tried to break away from Russia, and the Russian Army invaded the capital city, grozny. The battle was the most devestating battle since WW2, with an estimated 35,000 civilians killed in the span of only several weeks. The entire city had also been destroyed. However Chechen rebels counteratacked and took back the city (this was shortly after the soviet empire fell, and the russian army was still weak).
In 2000 Russia again invaded Grozny, and again destroyed the entire city and a huge amount of civilians. Knowbody really knows how many, but its again estimated at around 35,000. But this time, their army was much stronger. They managed to keep control of the city, and as a result the next 10 years were full of constant guerilla fighting.
So basiclly, they are muslims, but this conflict is not really about islam.
Intrestingly enough, many suicide bombers in Russia are women. Whose entire male side of the family have been killed by the conflict.
Yes, but it hasn't been confirmed you never know could be Al-Qaeda[QUOTE="Tetrarch9"]But there is a large chance if has to involve Chechen rebels.

The chance of this involving Al-quida is virtually zero. Russia has always had a lot of terrorism and its always from Chechnya.
That's absolutely terrible.
Also scary, considering Moscow is where I want to travel to when I finish school.
Being from Ukraine and having relatives from Russia I am now officially putting muslims over PETA as world threats. Damn muslims killing people for their perverted dreams of being with a bunch of virgins....metalguitar13
Yeah because we know why he did it, wait no we don't. :|

Damn suicide bombers. Damn them all to hell. Nothing but soulless cowards.

i think it requires quite a lot of courage to blow yourself up
Killing innocent people is about as cowardly as one can get.
Depends on how you do it, really. The bravery of an act is proportional to the risk involved.[QUOTE="EvilTaru"][QUOTE="Harisemo"]

Depends on how you do it, really. The bravery of an act is proportional to the risk involved. In that case it involved no bravery at all since the innocents often don't have a chance to fight back. Terrorists are gutless weasels and should be treated as the scum they are.

Aw he mad. An Eye for an eye will make the world blind.More than likely chechen rebels.. they pretty much stirred up the hornets nest with this one, the Russians don't care about law, human rights or any of the such when matters like these arise. They will hunt down and killed chechen rebels like dogs.. no mecry, and every means possible to get information no matter what.

Its that kind of behavior that led to this problem in the first place.

Well the problem is here to stay, so they may as well just keep doing it.

Aw he mad. An Eye for an eye will make the world blind. Ha, as if humanity will ever share one vision.I remember the 2002 Moscow theater hostage crisis... Russian special forces pumped toxic gas and when they raided the theater all terrorists were knocked out by the gas, instead of arresting them, they executed every single one. Also about 120 of the hostage died from gas poisoning. Blaminator1221
Yeah I remember that, which is why I said what I said lol

Russia is quite used to terror attacks, a lot of the ex-soviet countries loathe Russia also the Chechens have been beheading/shooting/exploding Russians for years.I wonder if this will be claimed as Moscow's very own 9/11

Damn.
These days it seems like civilians suffer the burnt of warfare and extremism more. Terrorism doesn't target specific military units or branches (at least most of the time), instead it goes after the people themselves.
so these days are no different from days past.I like the way Russia wages war. Much better than the U.S. style.More than likely chechen rebels.. they pretty much stirred up the hornets nest with this one, the Russians don't care about law, human rights or any of the such when matters like these arise. I like the way Russia wages war. Much better than the U.S. style. laws are set by the governing body, if russia says dont **** with russia and you break that law within their land and their law say punishment for breaking that law is death, dude youre going down. we americans dont know how to fight a war, for some reason we think wars should be fought like a college campus party that is breaking a noise ordinancePlease Log In to post.
