I've watched a few series like Angel Beats and Blood+. I don't use Netflix very often for anime though, seeing as they've got a pretty small selection.

I just finished Ichi the killer not too long ago. Easily the mosted twisted manga I've read and I love senien.

Started watching Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine. 

Not really liking Lupin's voice too much, but I guess it'll grow on me. 

Just learned that the guy who directed Serial Experiments Lain died not too long ago.

Started watching Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine. 

Not really liking Lupin's voice too much, but I guess it'll grow on me.

Anyone seen or read Kids on the Slope? Is it any good?

Also pretty happy with the outcome of Itagaki's fight in Hajime no Ippo. I didn't expect that to happen considering how little they focused on it. Also I feel like the author has picked up the pace a bit, seems like there wasn't much training for Ippo going into this fight. I'm gonna be shocked if he loses.

Well shit, I watched all 12 episodes of Kids on the Slope. I watched it instead of reading it because I figured the music would make it worth it. It was damn good. The plot could've been better but damn dem emotions. Definitely recommend it.

[spoiler] For instance when Sentaro was starting to leave, I was like "Ugh they're gonna spend an episode just trying to get him back!" And then when the next episode started and Kaoru was waiting, I was happily surprised. Similar thing happened when Sentaro was hit by the car. [/spoiler]

Genshiken is starting to grow on me these days.

And Makai Ouji.

makai Ouji and Free! are the two best shows to watch on a weeknight after work.

I'm in the middle of Attack on Titan right now. Episode 15 or so.

The main draw for me is the tone. It presents a world that's horrifying and is basically an inescapable nightmare if all goes wrong. The first and fifth episodes actually made me sick. All this, plus the action and the animation when it's not unfinished. 

The characters are sort of of annoying except for the comic relief, like Sasha and Hanji.
