Twenty Year Old Male Sexually Assaulted by Two Girls at McDonalds

RICHMOND, TX (KTRK) -- A college student says he was sexually abused by two female employees at a local fast food restaurant. Now he says the sheriff's department is not taking him seriously.

It's not a claim you hear often -- a man who says he was sexually attacked by women, while just trying to order food. It reportedly happened at a McDonald's in Richmond.

The unusual case started perhaps as flirting that went a little too far. According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Department, this case is not being handled as a sex crime, but rather as a pure assault.

Raymond Smith, 20, says he was attacked, sexually harassed and burglarized during a 15 minute dinner at a Fort Bend County McDonalds restaurant.

"I didn't even get to finish my meal," he recalled. :(

Smith says his attackers were two Hispanic teenage girls, who are employees at the fast food restaurant.

Only in Russia can a robber get raped by a hairdresser. And only in America a mcdonalds costumer gets sexually assaulted.

And if a woman went to the police and said she was sexually assaulted by two guys they'd be in jail for life......

They'll get fired and if he can prove they stole from his car...they'll have to answer to that. But if they have video of him messing around with the girls...then he can't prove sexual assualt.

Yea I'm talking about the situation he claimed. If I was being "sexually assault" and "attacked" I would've acted on it. I don't know what really happened to him, but yea from what it seems like I agree with you guys.

He did the right thing. The poor man couldn't even finish the meal for the love of food!Dystopian-X

I guess the only options that come to my mind that caused this reaction can be narrowed down to about 5--

A. He's extremely faithful to his woman. :o

B. He looking to get some cash(possibly plotted with the girls to do so). :twisted:

C. He really wanted to enjoy his meal. :(

D. They were fat and ugly. :x

E. He must've been wearing AXE body spray. Those ads you see here are there for a reason you guys! ;)

Which is why the system is a hypocritical trash heap. If it's reversed (man assaulting woman), she can kick and scream and claw and punch and do anything necessary to get away; but if the man so much as leaves a mark on his attackers, it's excessive force.
