What are your thought on worldwide banning of Anime porn?

One of the reasons animated porn is so extreme is that it uses the freedom of a scenario where anything is possible. Second, is that some still view animation as something that is generally for younger viewers. Therefore having a mature or adult themed scenario is very offensive to some.

What does it matter if underage kids are being depicted in Hentai. Laws against child porn are in place only to protect the exploited children. When an underage child is depicted in Hentai what child is being exploited... what child is being harmed...

People should be allowed to do what they want so long as they are not violating (directly or inderectly) anyone else's rights.

It's Porn. On the internet. You aren't going to ban or get rid of it all.

Porn is porn. If you ban one type you have to ban them all, and do you think the industry is going to go out without a fight?

Now, depictions of children getting raped or abused isn't right, and the fact that they have been cracking down on this is a good thing. But ban all forms of anime pornography? I don't think Japan would take to kindly to that notion. Especially considering the economy surrounding that industry in Japan and around the world.
