Tell them they look like a slut?!?whenever i try and talk to women they always ignore me or claim that i "look like a rapist". i think personally that they should shut their damn mouths and stop being so choice with those words. kids love me and im a very cultured and educated guy. it really hurts me feelings and makes me feel unwanted :(. i think maybe my problem is the same as TC's in a way and that this is probably why i will never have a girl give a damn about me..
oh well at least the guys like me. i actually cant keep them off me. Â

Don't ever change I mean your life will suck But for my entertainment, don't ever changeFrom my journal.
Humans. Honestly can't stand 'em. A race of bigots, against their own kind, against me. Subtle differences in morphology are enough to spark anything from wariness to full blown aggressive xenophobia. Take my experience as an example; I've masqueraded as what they call an "Asian," a "Black", a "White," and as a member of a few of the other subgroups they've divided themselves into. In each case I experienced some form of condescension or contempt from members of some or all of the other groups, whether it was avoidance, insincerity, or outright insult. When I was tasked with gathering intel on the Humans, I hoped, so strongly, that I could deem them a worthy race. However, here I am having completed the task and having to deem them utterly unworthy, and unregrettably so; I've come to hate these creatures, just as much as they hate themselves.

Have you ever had girls be afraid of you? Afraid as in under the impression that you're going to rape them or something. What do you do in such a situation? Is it possible to win them over? As an example, there is a girl at my job who told a co-worker that when I look at her, she thinks I'm going to kidnapp and rape her (I've got that Bert stare). Obviously she was speaking hyperbolically, but there was genuine sentiment behind what she said. I should also mention that I scare children :(.

Just stop being ugly/smelly. Â If you are attractive, it stops being them being worried about you raping them and them thinking you have intense eyes.

Surprisingly no, im a fairly large bearded dude and have never had girls scared of me.. in fact i would say the opposite, they usually seem extra friendly. On the other hand i have noticed other men get a little frightened.
Â
If i had to venture a guess i would imagine its because as dudes we kind of initially size other dudes up in order to judge their threat level. Whereas since almost all men are physically stronger than women, they look at how men dress and style their hair to judge their threat level, and i tend to be pretty stylish.
Â
So in conclusion, dress nicer, get a hair cut and look less creepy.
It was midnight, I was returning from a bar with friends and I was starving, unfortunately for me the town I stayed in didn't have any food places open after 10pm but my ungodly ability to never give up (when hungry) pushed me forward, half hoping in my drunken stupor that a fast food joint will come from the heavens and bless me with heart clogging goodness.
We stumbled upon a woman chilling in her car and approached her, hoping she could tell these drunken tourists where the nearest open food place is and upon knocking on her window she peered at me with this look of utter terror in her face, like I was some sort of monster, and slammed her hand against the horn, letting the thing blare while most probably soaking herself from fear.
So the reaction? Like a proper, well mannered and mature adult, I failed to understand why a lone woman would be scared of three burly men approaching her in the middle of the night and bent over and... mooned her.
Nothing much happened after that, walked away proud and collapsed on my bed, hungry.Â

Do you want to be one of us?

I am biologically Human, but psychologically alien due to social isolation. I am a misanthrope. I wish I could have been one of you from my beginning, but do not want to become one of you now. As an outsider, I see your kind, your species, for what it is, which is a divisive and prejudiced brood of vipers. Had I been one of you, I would have been oblivious to your true nature, in a state of blissful ignorance, but I now know the truth, and subsequently cannot enjoy said bliss. In a perpetual state of anger I remain, until my explosion or implosion. Watch for my sign, listen for my call.
Oooh, you're scary.

Have you been relaying that proposal of yours about that... amusement park... around the office, perchance?
Because that could have something to do with it.

Sounds like you are a bit anti-social. Being an anti-social black man with a big/strong physic will intimidate people. If you want that to change you will have to be more friendly and engaging. Sadly the strong but silent mysterious type doesn't play well for black men in America, people will assume the worst.Diablo-Bthe silent mysterious type only works if ur attractive. girls dont like it. it sadly has nothing to do with race
Update:
She told another co-worker, whom I'm friends with, that she doesn't think I like her (based on my body language, stoic tone of voice, etc). She's been trying to be nice recently, to win me over. I told my co-worker why I don't like her (i.e. because of what she said about thinking I'm going to rape and kidnapp her).
From my experience, I would say that occasionally mildly raising eyebrows during conversations as if you were curious / slightly worried and asking them a lot about their own opinions on something (ideally something that you have in common) helps a lot.
When I was at university, I was quite often paired for assignments with some of shyest and most humble and silent girls I have ever met. And they seemed to be like that all the time not just because of me (also some of them were foreigners studying in my country). Since some of them were rather cute and since working with the silent and rather reluctant partner would have sucked anyway, I've often applied the abovementioned approach (fake careful curiosity with good follow up questions) and it worked like a charm. Just after few sentences / exchanges even the shyest ones started to look much more relaxed and invested in our conversations. Sometimes almost too much.
Of course, I am not sure if it would work in your situation now... since any dramatic change in your body language and / or facial expressions could freak her out just as much. But for communication with other girls who seem to be intimidated / reluctant to communicate or just shy in general, I would definitely recommend it. Assuming that it's worth the effort that is.Â
As others have said. She must've heard about rapeland.Update:

Oh snap.
Anyway TC, just talk to her. Walk up to her and say 'I might look crazy, but I swear I won't rape you' or something along those lines.
lol yeah this was a problem in college freshman year after they got the "1/3 of you will get raped" speech.
I am a big, shy, quiet dude (or I was at the time, I am much more open now), which I suppose led immature girls to misinterpret my intentions.
Not an issue now, though. Â I tend to meet more women now than girls.

You can carry on being stupidly awkward around people and having them dislike and avoid you because you act and look like a f*cking weirdo, or you can man up and behave like a normal human being and just be nice to people.
This girl was wary of you because you're a bit of a nutcase, judging by some of your more out-there, prophetic(lol) posts ITT. Just understand she was probably in the right thinking you were a big scary rapist, because, let's face it, you probably make yourself out to be a big scary rapist.
Being a normal and socially functioning member of society really isn't that difficult, but you'll never know unless you give it a decent shot, instead of moping around on forums and bemoaning other people for making (correct) snap-decisions about you. Because they're exactly the signals you're sending off i.e. YOU'RE the problem, not her.
Is there such a thing as black emo?

Assuming that I'm a rapist and kidnapper is not a correct assumption. People come to absurd conclusions about me or feel wary of me before there's enough time or the opportunity for them to assess me as a person. It's prejudice. Why should I try to talk to this person after they've said such horrible things about me to numerous others? I did not deserve that. At this point, I simply do not like like her at all, and have no desire to be her friend. I do not forgive and forget; I remember and act according to my remembrance. As for my weird posts, they are jokes; in fact, the second one is a monologue l wrote as part of a story I plan to write. The first one was genuine, but I wrote it in such a creepy manner to amuse OT.

Well then I guess you answered your own question -- that's what you do when girls are afraid of you: stare at them and give off signals that scare the hell out of them, and then hold it against them forever when they express those fears.
Not exactly a criminal act, but it wouldn't really be an approach included in any handbook on winning friends or influencing people.

You've got it all wrong. I avoid and minimize contact with them after they've expressed fear. I don't stare at them.
why do you expect complete strangers to trust you, even people at work are just people you are forced to be with because of work, not because you'd be friends with them in any other situation

Do you stare or do you glance? You can't really do both at the same time.
BRHD, you're doing something wrong. If you actually want to be liked you need to make the effort to be more appealing. It's your own fault how you come off to others.

oh wow
An alternative solution would be to create a place called "Rape Land". Single female parents who have a hard time raising and providing for their kids could volunteer to live in "Rape Land" to serve as "victims". In exchange, the government would take care of their kids and provide them with the best care. Rapists could be sent to "Rape Land" to live out their wildest dreams without any fear of punishment. This way, society could be safe from the rapists. Problem solved.
