I think that the Emo culture is getting bigger all the time. I think Emos have a great sense of style, especially on the girls, but now people are commiting scuicide all around the world because of this trend. I think it's gone way too far. What do you think?
Just normal people to me. Thats of course until I talk to one...which I haven't. Emos commiting suicide is just another stereotype to me. Not only emos are suicidal.

Theres nothing wrong with them and I don't judge them purely based on the fact that there 'emo'
but every one i've met annoy the hell out of me they think there punk because they wear black clothes, safety pins and converse but they listen to whiny irritating music like panic at the disco.
I think the Emo that you're talking about is a fad that is pretty much dead at this point.

this. i rarely see emo kids around school anymore. theyve all pretty much moved on to a similar style with stuff like element, lifted research group, krew, and other stuff like that (can best be described as "skater" but i dont think skateboarding is really about fashion). and if youre talking about depressed kids that wear black, theyve always been around and will always be around.

Well, that's not really surprising. My art teacher would always talk about how we're in the end times and she had a habit of going to her car and smoking pot during her lunch break.

yeah that sounds like my friend right there. it takes him about an hour to get ready, he does the whole blow drying and adds all this other stuff to his hair. he tried to convert me but I don't think I look right with emo style hair lol
I think their outlook on life/society is a complete waste of time. Don't like something about life/society? Work to change it. I don't care about how they look/dress, but in general they are depressing to be around.
