It all depends on what you outline done with your body in your will. If you want a certain ceremony or whatever done with your body, you outline it, or your family members choose for you.

Time ends if and when there are no more events...if the big rip occurred, there would be no more time. If information is destroyed when it enters a black hole, there is no more time inside a black hole. If the universe does not end by the big rip or the big crunch, it will end by heat death, though I'm not certain that time would stop in a heat-dead universe.
