Iowa, Nebraska, or 2/3rds of Illinois. I hate the midwest :x

I would say Alaska. It's so lame that the government has to pay people to live there. -Sun_Tzu-
Don't forget some of the wierd day/night cycle issues they have in some of their more northern parts.
Where in Cali? 'Cause I'm from the Bay Area and it's great, sure it's expensive but it sure as hell isn't' dirty or overcrowded.California. It's dirty, expensive and overcrowded. It doesn't even have seasons. It has nothing going for it.

Don't live in the States but Wyoming sounds god awful just because of the name. The name doesn not make me want to go there. Plus the State is in the shape of a square.

Dude, let's try to make the distinction between Northern California and Southern California. It really is two states :P
And I am sorry you're stuck in the southern part, I agree it is dirty, expensive, and overcrowded. But up here in the north it is, well, pretty much the opposite of those things. Except expensive. California is dammmmn expensive :(
And what is so bad about not having seasons? Granted, I love seeing the change of color in the leaves and I do enjoy more rain than I get, but last time I checked blizzards suck, shoveling snow is a pain in the ass, and the summer is a muggy, humid nightmare everywhere else (or, conversely, insanely hot and dry).

Palo AltoHEY! I was born in Cali. Top quality export right here.California. Nothing good comes from Cali. Followed closely by New York.

Ever heard of Silicon Valley, or some of those small, not-well-known tech companies like Google, eBay, or Apple? Probably not, I mean it's not like they've had a huge impact on modern society.California. Nothing good comes from Cali. Followed closely by New York.

Something tells me you're judging these places because of their politics. Literally every kind of American life you can think of exists in California. From small, rural towns to massive city life.

Can I have just the Silicon Valley part of Cali and cut everything else off?
lol we got weed dispensaries everywhere down here in Longbeach that has gotta count for somethingMrMe1000
Not really. I'm not into pot.
North Dakota. You mention South Dakota, but at least it has Mount Rushmore and is slightly warmer... North Dakota has zip going for it.I was just curious about what state you guys think is the lamest. For me I never ever hear anything about South Dakota or South Carolina.

You do realize that Silicon Valley is also one of the most liberal parts of Cali right? :P Besides, I wouldn't want to get rid of Hollywood either. :( (also, rest of Cali has a lot of farming, especially fruit)North Dakota. One of the lowest unemployment rates in the country is nothing?

Damn...can I get all the liberals taken out of it as well?
I honestly wouldn't even think bad of the state if it didn't pass ridiculous laws.

Well, the lower the unemployment rate, the closer it is to zero, i.e. nothing... :P[QUOTE="MrMe1000"]North Dakota. If you took out all the liberals you'd probably lose a lot of the tech. Sorry. :P It passes some pretty stupid laws but how much do you actually know about California laws/politics? I kind of get the impression from seeing you post that you've mostly just heard the negative parts (and negative spins on some not-so-bad parts).Dude I totally agree with you on the seasons. Each either super freakin hot or really really cold (which I dont mind btw). California is odd that way.California. It's dirty, expensive and overcrowded. It doesn't even have seasons. It has nothing going for it.

Well, I don't hold it high regard for the debt it's in. Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer come from it. I don't like the pro-green movement coming from it. It seems like anything that starts in CA comes straight to NY and then screws with my life. The Happy Meal bit was beyond stupid. The styrofoam container ban. And there are probably some others I can't remember.
All I know is I don't want anything from CA. I've already got it bad enough in NY.

I'm pretty sure that's Florida word for word. Florida is cleaner and MUCH less expensive. It has that going for it. You are half right. Florida is really less Expensive.......BUT Cleaner..............NO. I have never lived with so much Litter as here in Florida. I think florida is the Litter capital of the U.S.None of you are mentioning Idaho, which is proof that it is the lamest state because none of you even know that it exists. I am right dammit!
M4Ntan
Rrag lives there, therfore it is not lame :P
All I know is that everytime I or anyone else I know has been through Georgia, we have all noticed an awful smell. I don't know if it is all caused by the paper factories, but I do know that some of it is. Either way, it's a state I don't want anything to do with. :PWhat are you doing in the podunk town of Jesup? There isn't anything out that way outside of the paper mill and tree farms. It doesn't smell here just outside of Atlanta. There are no paper mills for 50 miles. Oh, as far as I am concerned, those paper mills smell like money.
