I have a small frame. I exercise and lift weights but my muscles just probably won't get all that big. But I do keep them tight. I don't want to be a hulking mass of muscles anyways.

I think it's a big mistake to dismiss working out because you think your genetics are bad, fear of not being able to run for a length of time or a lack of flexibility. All myths (well unless perhaps you take steroids and grow super huge, but that's unrealistic).
I consider myself relatively slim with a high metabolism and BBing's worked wonders for me: My posture's better, I'm more confident, I have more energy (day-to-day physically is far easier), my mind feels clearer, it's satisfyingly challenging, only takes an hour a day and I've gained a surprising amount of muscle over the period of a year.
whats your excuse for not being a buff strong guy?HarryOsborn
I am secure and comfortable with my shape, size and body. People that feel a need to do this outside of a sport of hobby are generally not.
For the record, im quite a skinny guy, and 6' 2''. Im what people call 'lanky' in the UK. I dont care in the slightest though lol.
Not being buff doesn't mean you're not in shape. Triathletes aren't usually huge like the men you see on the cover of muscle magazines but they are still in great shape. In case you haven't noticed your average guy in Special Forces or Navy SEALs isn't 250 pounds of muscle.
I am just super lazy! You know, I would say, "Hey! I am going to start working out" then I never do.... Lol, it's like a over weight person saying they go on a diet, but after the first week, they are back to how they were before. I just don't want to push myself, but I guess it's just all about getting in the habit of doing it, so it don't both you, and you don't dread it.
I don't need an excuse because I don't need big muscles to have a healthy body, I hate these hyperactive gym freaks with their weird workout obsession. There are far more important things in life than wasting too many hours of my life pumping iron and sweating like a pig, I think most people do that stuff as they're narcissistic and workout simply to impress others - what a sad existance.
Because I build my body for mobility and athleticism. There is no need for big bulky muscles when I have enough strength to do my daily activities. I can bench press 230 lbs (Maybe more. I don't lift weights but I recently decided to give it a try just out of curiosity and was able to BP 230lbs. I think I could lift more though...) and I'm pretty swift while weighing 145 lbs. That's all I need...tocool340Bullshat
