Which do you prefer: Muse or Radiohead?

Simple question. Which band do you prefer and why?

I prefer Muse. Don't get me wrong, Radiohead is a pretty good band, but it's just something about Muse's music and Matt Bellamy's voice that has me hypnotized :shock:

Also noticed that I didn't include a "neither" or "both" option because I want you to choose one :o

I refuse to pick one of the two. It's like picking a fav. child, its wrong.

i like quite a bit of Muse's stuff though. i don't get the comparison between them, they're really nothing alike at all.

C'mon, seriously? Muse is winning? That's when you know people don't listen to music. Radiohead are much more innovative than Muse, they're more varied, and they can write more than just pop songs. OK Computer, Kid A and The Bends are all considered classics by almost everybody. Muse is for NME people. NME people are the kids who listen to mainstream radio, but think they're cool, thinking it's not mainstream because it doesn't have teen pop. Even worse than a hipster is a wannabe hipster.king_for_a_day

Radiohead by a longshot. I'm not a huge fan of their's, but I can at least see the appeal.

With Muse, though, I cannot find one positive thing to say about their music.

Radiohead is both he worst and most overrated band of all-time. Muse, on the other hand, has had two kickass albums (OoS and Absolution).

I got about 3 minutes in before I decided that I hated the song.

I don't really like the guy's voice and I've always thought that their sound was a little too dense (I can't really think of a good way to describe it) for my taste.

I prefer Muse because they are a little more like rock and i prefer the heavier music, even though muse isnt heavy at all, i still prefer it.

Muse. Showbiz, Origin of Symmetry, and Absolution are all incredible albums. I wasn't a very big fan of Blackholes and Revelations, however. With regards to Radiohead, I own O.K. Computer and I've heard the majority of their discography. But, I just can't get into them, because Thom Yourke's (sp?) voice really irritates me at times. On the other hand, Matt Bellamy's pipes are second to none for his vocal range.
