Im Canadian and I wonder why Americans are so ignorant towards us. I've honestly met people who have had experiences in USA where americans asked us if we live in igloos. Canada is a great country, were just nicer, smaller (population) and it costs a little bit more to buy stuff here. Im under the impression alot of other countrys like Canada.Helbrec

I've met a couple of Canadians and they were really, really nice people. I haven't met anyone who doesn't like Canada. I love Canada. Who hates Canada? :?

Um, no. That was The US. They nuked Hiroshima.... Don't you learn anything in school? Or is your school like mine? I also live in Canada and our school always downplays what other countries have done and try to make Canada look amazing.

He said Canada stopped it... That is wrong. The nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki ended WWII (whether you agree with this action or not). It was not a combined effort that ended the war. Now, with Canada, you could arguably say that the Axis forces would have won the war. I know that we made a big contribution towards the war, but it was not Canada that ended it, it was the United States.

You are right that Canada didn't stop it, but the other countries helped out a lot. To say they didn't would be an insult to them.
