Well I haven't missed her, but I enjoy controversy, even if I don't agree with either participant, and Saje, well - she's a controversial character! So there you have it as far as my opinions goes. The place is "better" for me with her here. :) It's like an extra channel to your TV set.

I don't have a problem with swearing its meant to be a forum children look at (another pleasure in life denied by children I want porn damn it) but I don't understand why you get mod for not censoring the first letter when movie posters dont censor theres

A lot of people just seem to be very...hmmm...uptight as of late. Lots of flare ups (though I appreciate the funny ones), less intentional humor, complaining (which now I am complaining about complaining FTL), thumbs down comment nazi's Some of this is funny...like the thumbs down (who would take the time to do that. I bet someone thumbed down over 100 comments on my blogs-which is quite humorous and makes me feel appreciated for what I try and do :lol: ) But some of this stuff is not very funny. I prefer the vast majority of this place to be light hearted and for us to make light of those that aren'trawsavon

I guess the excessive drama and attacks is not enjoyable to everyone (those who prefer to chill). But eh at the end of the day, it's mostly fun to me ;P

I think it has to do with GS's core users; gamers in general tend to be insecure and are easily offended. Living in a fantasy world allows people to put up imaginary barriers to real life, so that's the way they expect this place to be. A place to nuture their insecurities, and to inhibit the chances of growing a backbone.

Besides, I think having "the most sensitive forum in the world" is not a bad thing at all, seeing that's difficult to achieve as an internet forum. That makes this place distinctive, and that's a major selling point imo.
