If it really concerned you that much you could of course take precautions to avoid possible injury from marijuana users; don't drive, live in a gated community; do whatever to feel safe. You see, even in a world where marijuana is legal, you have reasonable choices. For those who want to use marijuana, in a world where it is illegal, there is very little choice.

Same here, when was in college. My friends were great guys when sober, even good and in control when drinking, but complete morons when smoking weed and few times almost got themselves killed if not for me pulling them from getting runned over by a car like a deer in the headlights.

its kind of like how people who realize theyre drunk act stupid to get laughs. or a girl who knows shes drunk so she decides to sleep around. Is keeping it illegal doing ANYTHING? You said yourself you know people who do it.

Where those people adults or children? The adults I've been around smoking it have never acted irrational while doing it. Drinking alcohol however is a different story. That stuff turns people into crazy nuts.
