New Steam sales:
EVE Online: Apocrypha - $4.50
Battlefield 2: Complete - $15
Lucidity - $2.50
Trackmania United Forever - $20
Prince of Persia - $15 (Still $10 on Gamersgate)
World of Goo - $5
Guild Wars Trilogy - $25
*edit*
Those aren't too bad. I've been thinking of getting Lucidity for a while, Guild Wars is awesome, BF2 rocks and World of Goo is worth the price too.
Yeah, that is pretty bad. Trackmania was on sale a while ago for that price from the developer's site.. not really interested in the other titles.
I have Guild Wars, but neither of the expansions. Are these expansions worth the price, granted original Guild Wars nearly made me fell asleep at my keyboard(GPAddict WoW>GW).

Factions and Nightfall aren't really expansions, they are stand-alone games, but buying them won't make you change your mind if you didn't like the original. Most likely you need to play more of the original, as it starts slow, and is an outstanding game.
For those who don't have Guild Wars, I HIGHLY recommend buying the Steam package, as the 3 games in the package once sold for $150.00 total (50 each). Gives you plenty of time to play before GW2, and extra quests and goodies come to the GW lands over the Xmas/New Years holidays.
Is prince of persia worth it? I used to want to buy it, but now that I have a couple unfinished games it isn't as appealing. I could go out and rent it for xbox, but is it worth buying? Tempted to buy BF2, but I'll just wait till 1943, as BF2 is starting to look datedJordo321I'd rent Prince of Persia and buy BF2. Despite the game being 4 years old it still very popular. This game does not have to rely on it beauty to be very enjoyable. Considering with BF2 and its add ons would have cost over $60 new this is the best bargain of the day(IMHO). BF1943 is 4 maps this has over 20 + Mods.
is there still one more day left? if so, then ill prob get the THQ pack if this is the last day. Dante2710

I've been thinking of getting the Two Thrones and the Warrior Within, since they're each only $5. BF 1943 is cool, but you'll notice a lack of content quite fast. BF2 has so much more.. it will keep you far more entertained than 1943 could.
I picked up BF2 and World of Goo. I bought World of Good on their sale last month, but only paid 2 bucks. It's worth more then that. I am interested in the Prince of Persia titles, but from what I have played of them in the past they are very much console games. Unless they changed them much from the console release, you really need to play them with a controller. Also, damn steam and their sales. I'm up to 73 games on my account now, I havn't ever touched a quarter of them for more then an hour. And I don't belive I've finished more then a dozen. Why do they have to make so many games I want so cheap? I'll never have time to finish them as fast as they put them on sale.dlindenb2000A friend of mine had a good analogy when I told him I have the same problem. He said once you start calling yourself a collector, you don't even have to worry about it anymore. It made sense to me :D
God I want that THQ complete pack. Too bad I cannot afford it at the moment.
How many days left on the sale? (today is Sunday, 11/29 )
Is there an online for BF2?
TEH_RADIO
BF2 is essentially online-only.
There are bots to play with offline (a la Left 4 Dead), but no campaign or nothing. Its marketed specifically as an online game
I'm very tempted to get the Prince of Persia pack since I've never played any of the games and I've really wanted to try out Sands of Time. Problem is these are all console games and I don't have a gamepad so I'm afraid playing with a keyboard and mouse will end up being frustrating, especially since there is alot of platforming.

The keyboard isn't too bad for platforming in the PoP games - the focus is more on timing than on quick/accurate directional movement.
Impulse monday sale is up, but it's nothing special sadly.

Aztaka doesn't actually look too bad. I might try out the demo first and see.
what i've played of mirrors edge, i will say it's worth it for the price, it won't blow you away, but it's different and a lot of fun.Are mirrors edge and evil genius worth it? I know they are both dirt cheap, but still.

I'm guessing it's a pretty decent game: http://gamenorth.ca/2009/05/25/review-aztaka-pc/
Well I'm finally getting Mirror's Edge :) 3,74 euro is as cheap as it will ever get :)
From how buggy it is, it sounds like you dodged a bullet.[QUOTE="DJ_Lae"][QUOTE="psn8214"]
I missed KOTOR for $2.50?
*rage*
kozzy1234
The game runs fine on the 3 computers ive played it on.
bought it a couple weeks ago from Steam, no problems at all, and KOTOR used to be incompatible with Vista, or tough to get to work. Good job Steam!
These sales get lamer and lamer and lamer.....everyday....way to kill the hype steam -.-MrLionsAgreed, I didn't buy anything. Was holding out for the final week hoping there'd be something worth it. Be nice if their sales sucked, and they did a final sale with everything that was in the week for one day. All in all I'm just gonna buy Mass Effect for $5 off D2D LOL D2D wins my money again. The steam deals didn't have enough steals to make me impulse buy for one day only.
