Darksiders - Anyone play yet?

Curious to see what ppl think of it, anyone out there put some time into it? I dont get paid till thurs so ill have to wait. :(

it just came out today. those that have it are probably busy playing it.starwarsjunky

I just got back from the store after purchasing it. Haven't yet put it in the system as I am just finishing up the last couple trophies for the AC2 plat.

I wanted to start it today, but I might not until I beat bayonetta. Bought both games today tho.

ha, my mom picked it up for me from zellers( i didnt ask for it tho) i had some things to take back from xmes so i would only owe her 20 bucks for the game.. i dont know nothing about it tho... i dont know if i should keep it or not.. like whats it even about..

IGN UK gave it an 8.9 and IGN aus gave it a 9.

I dont know bout IGN aus but IGN UK tends to rank games tougher than IGN (us).

played it one hour and thus far I'm disappointed :/ The combat is just horrible up to now, looks like a bad GoW clon. I might continue playing the Game to see if it gets better, but I'm afraid it won't :/

I never said it's bad that it looks like a clon (especial in game mechanisms), but the combat mechanism I saw so far are horrible. I stated I'm just a hour in it and it might get better :/

Just finished playing it for the first time. This is a very, very good game, if you're into the action/adventure, Zelda-esque type games. The art style is incredible, gameplay is pretty fun, and story seems pretty good so far. I'd give it a 9.1.

playing it right now.... deserves way more than a 7.8.

that score is ridiculous IMO. game is a solid 8.5-9 depending on how much you like the setting. for me, it is more like a 9 because i LOVE the setting... for others i can see it being more like an 8.5.

i dont see how anyone could NOT like this game. it is like a really BAD ASS zelda.

Just picked up darksiders, at first I wasnt sure if I was going to pick it up but im glad I did. The art and combat are smooth and is definitely worth the $.

Been playing for awhile and so far, its excellent. Don't really understand how its a GoW clone. There are similarities, yes, but there are also a lot of differences. One thing I'm surprised about is the graphics, I didn't realize they were as good as they are. I mean, the game looks good, like really really good. A lot better than I realized from screens and internet videos.

I picked up my predorder today and cant wait to play it.

Id love to see the expression in the face of that scout once he/she reaches the enemy flag and notice that he/she can't occupy the base because there are enemies around... all that previous to being mauled by 2-3 shock troopers / tanks / snipers and so on.

Darksiders seems to be doing good in the reviews, anyone knows how long it is?, side missions, and so on?. Im interested in the duration of the game.

i have one problem, if anyone can help, for those who pre-ordered or got it on day one, where can i use that damn code, not the harvest weapon, but there is another sheet that has numbers and letters code, where do i use it there isnt any instructions really i mean a thread but no one helped or came through, does anyone here know?JoKeR_421
