i just get very angry sometimes espeshally in sport gamesFlakoSS
me too. When ever I play NHL Im all shouting for joy when i score a nice goal. But whenever the other team has a big comeback or my goalie lets in a cheap goal i get angry.
I have two stories.
The first is myself. When I was younger I was playing Lady Bug on the Colecovision. How many people remember this game and this system? lol!! Anyways, I needed to get one more vegetable to get the Harvest and I got killed just as I was touching the last vegetable. I got pissed off and swipped my Colecovision off my dressing and started screaming bloody murder. lol!! My cousin laughed his #@$ off, but I was just so mad. Now that I'm grown, I able to control my temper a bit better now. lol!!
The second story is my cousin's friend. He was playing a wrestling game on his Saturn and he tried to pull off a move, but the computer reversed it, did his special move and pinned him. Well, he got totally pissed of and slammed his Saturn controller on the floor. He had hardwood floors, so the controller shattered into a hundred pieces. Then he performed a Ax_Hammer wrestling move on his Saturn and put his elbow through the top where the CD player is at. Totally destroyed that Saturn. lol!! Funniest thing I ever saw. 2 weeks after that he bought another Saturn and controller.
I get angry at any game i play with some horrible game design (Socom 3, anyone?) and yea....just argue with myself and name all the things that shoulv'e been done.....
As for inner emotions, MGS3. The entire ending. Dont want to reveal like the rest of u did. Also SOTC, like my god, the emotion i felt right before the final colossus.......
Also the final colossus and its music....and the ending lol. It was great.
Â
FFX deserves a mention too, at the end.Â
I think the saddest i ever got from a video game was in Animal crossing when my favorite villager moved away, and it was horrible though, because my friend came over and plugged his town in and it was all crappy and full of weeds and junk, and my favorite villager, for same stupid reason moved there.
I broke my PS2 controller in frustration after getting Soul Calibur 3, i mean SC 2 is pretty much one of my favorite games of all time, so i have no idea how they could go so hrribly wrong with soul calbiur 3, it just blows!
I also got really angry when i paid 70 bucks for THUG 1 and then the same day i finished the game on sick, what sucked even worse is that the store wouldn't return it, the tony hawk series has being steadily going downhill since THPS4. i mean come on TOny Hawks downhill jam? what the hell is that supposed to be!!
and of course in MGS3 (spoiler) when snake gets captured amd tortured and he doesn't fight back against Colonel Volgin, i just wanted the smash that guys fricking head in
americahellyeah
animal crossing...that's funny. that game looks neat but never really appealed to me. but i read some people really get into it. i guess ur experience is proof...
If you've even only vaguely followed the story of MGS3 and fight The Boss and watch the ending and feel no emotion, you are probably dead inside.NavigatorsGhost
oh damn, didn't know that game was that good. never played MGS3 and, ironically, i loved MGS2 but at this point in my life (born in the 70's) can't really afford to devote the time and energy to truly appreciate a game like MGS3.

Lady bug on colecovision....man that's old school. I definately remember the Colecovision but not Ladybug. Its on wikipedia and the screenshot doesn't remind me of anything i saw. but nice to see an OG in these forums. Â
Angry. I was playing Jak X online and someone killed me in front of the finish line(last lap 1st position) and I finish the race in fourth. I got so angry!!
The most frequent emotion is anger.Â

The death of Aeris. Rage, sadness, rage, confusion, rage, misery, and rage. -FF VII
I don't know how many times I've said "man that computer is cheating" in a sports game. And you know that heart pounding moment when you know you're seconds from beating a boss but know that one more hit and your ass is grass? That's about the top of the pyramid for me. And also the occasional "Man, **** this game." when I get stuck. And I've flicked off a couple hard bosses once or twice...Eman5805
yea esp. the boss fighting thing
Mgs3 was pretty strong. The ending (and most of the game) is intense, and i almost cried while watching the final scenes, and then the credits with that awesome music... But most times i just get angry, with rage growing in my eyes. And that felling that when you get angry, you get worse, and then more angry, and then even worse, and then even angrier. It's just unbearable.
Â
I've managed to control my emotions, and I'm enjoying games even more nowadays, but there will always exist games that will make me scream DIE!! more than a thousand times. And of course, there will always be a Resident Evil to scare the hell out of me...

Take 15 hours, i dont know. Spread those hours over a few weeks or something. Being born in the 70s should make you appreciate this game even more, simply because its on that level of maturity. Â

If you loved MGS2 then MGS3 will blow you away as it did meÂ
Hmmmm....I can think of a range of emotions ive had playing a game. Here are a few.
Â
Anger: Losing on Pro evolution soccer 2007 (PC) to one of my mates.
Sadness: Completing Final Fantasy 7 or watching the end of Shadow of the colossus.
Laughter: Mario Party with my matesÂ
i really got pist in carbon for the ps3 on the last race i was in first on the last lap and for some i pressed the handbrake button automatically and loss the race in last place but then later on when i try to beat again the data was erased somehow

lol
sadness- agro falling to his death twords the end of shadow of the collosus i was really sad after watching it happen. This coming from a guy who barely ever gets sad via a video game
pure emotion all around- FF 12 - last three boss battles of the game and then finishing the game. idk why but it was just an emotional ending because of all the time and effort i put into it. ( not to mention it was 3 am )
anger- halo 2 on XBL. just pure anger. i hate little brats that like to swear and say racial BS
happieness- beating the final boss of Lost Kingdom
Most exciting moment- the 7th level of halo. i cant remember the name of the level because of my lack of halo gaming latley. but that level allways gets me pumped when u run out to the snowy hills with that awsome music and the covenent and the flood engaging in battle.
that about does it.

If you enjoyed MGS2 and have even a small amount of time to play videogames I would strongly suggest dropping 30 bucks on MGS3. You could play it on easy mode just for the story and understand why the game is so great. There is a reason why so many people have mentioned it in this thread. Go through the last boss fight and the ending movie and you will understand.Â

I can EASILY find the game for $7.99 used at ANY GameStop. Its like $14.99 New. I cant think of why a game so good is so cheap.
for me the most frequent emotion is anger when i get stuck or when my parents come in and **** at me for playing games instead of curing cancer.
but lately i bought F.E.A.R and i felt nothing but joy when i picked up the partical gun and started butchering my way through enemies like they were nothing but flys, seriously i was laughing every time i shot the thing, ive gotta give a medal to the guy who made it.
