The new PSN outage thread - KEEP IT HERE + Read before posting about the outage

Since that other thread has basically run its course and because we feel that there should be some guidelines in place to better help everyone understand what topics are and aren't allowed to be discussed outside the sticky, we decided to replace the old sticky wth this one. Hopefully this one won't devolve into a mini-System Wars of sorts (which I hear is what happened to the last one). If it does, we'll... do something about it, probably.So, guidelines!All matters regarding the breach and outage are to be discussed here, and here only. Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and lock this thread down. Seems the big rush of talk about the restoration (and the rewards program, mostly) has passed, so there isn't any real need for this anymore, I think. Just try not to flood the board with topics the second this goes down, okay? I'd hate to have to suddenly re-stick this.
