Sonic RPG 5: Indefinitely Detained

Whelp, I certainly enjoyed the last Rp, so I guess I'll take a chance.

Name: Eugene Vincent Denton.

Species: Human

Age: Unknown, but he appears in his late 20's.

Hair: Blonde, with white streaks along the edges.

Skin: Fair

Height: Approximately 6 feet tall

Weight: Around 170 lbs.

Abilities: Although he has no abilities, and is relatively weak in combat, he is a mathematical genius and uses his technology to work for him, which include:

Nanites: Microscopic robots injected into his blood stream. These constantly moniter his condition, and react accordingly. Examples of this include filtering the blood stream of deadly toxins, increasing adrenaline (or taking it away), and minor repairs to muscle fractures and rips.

Augmentation: Eugene has developed a biomechanical system into himself, many of which believe it to be an inhumane practice. This allows him to process data in very quick amounts of time, store visual data, improved memory skills, and complete control over his nervous system.

Nodes: Eugene carries with him two small robotic creatures, which appear to be little spheres with a red scope for eyes. These creatures can hover around any object. They carry a small particle beam which can store an infinite amount of mass (though the process takes longer the more mass it is, and many fatal errors have occured when trying to extract living tissure). They can release these masses at any time, and manipulate them as they see fit. It is rumored that they can even change the element of the mass entirely, though that has never been proven. They also carry a small laser usually used in surgical procedures, but can be amplified to cause severe burns if exposed to. When they are not being used, they can be stored into special sockets which Eugene installed on himself.

Flawed Shield Generator: Although Eugene has a personal shield, it is incomplete and lacks important qualities. It can only absorb an amount of energy, and is completely useless against bullets and weaponry (such as a sword). It does, however, protect him from all forms of radiation, and chemical exposures. It can be used to shield from fire, but it will quickly consume the shield's energy reserves.

Delayed Blast Pistol: This seems to be a harmless energy laser, but it has a unique quality. When fired, it can have up to 5 seconds of delay, of which can be reprogrammed to move in a different direction. This pistol is integrated into his systems, and can be stored and recalled at any time

Advanced Handheld Computer (AHC): Pretty much a personal PDA for Eugene, but it is capable of hacking into advanced system networks. Also has satelite feed!

Weaknesses: Well, he's just a normal human really, so he can pretty much die from any mortal wound.

Background: Not much is important about him, he is, however, known for his advanced development of Hydrophonics. He spends most of his time to himself, tinkering with strange objects. Those who have talked to him find him a bit odd (isolation can do that to you). He always insists upon having some grand philosophical idea that could save the world from Humanity's corruption, but every time someone actually asks him what it is, he finds some way around it. Many people have been led to believe he just likes the attention, or he just likes to feed his already enlarged Egocentric attitude. It's hard to really determine his age, as he appears very youthful, but yet he is at least 35. Many people believe that his Augmentations have given him some form of Longevity. More, "Imaginative" people believe it to be immortality, but any educated person knows that that is rediculous, as he almost died from a near fatal bullet wound a few years ago.

Relationships: It is more of people have heard of him, rather than him knowing someone. He does have a bit of history with my previous character Brogoth, but since I'm not using him, that's unimportant.

I guess I'll only use Dem, I don't really need Cyber, but I would like to have him if it is ok.

Name: Dem
Age: Unknown (maturity age level 23)
Species: Robotic cross between a Hedgehog, Bat, and Fox
Description: Look at the picture

Bio: He was created by Gerald Robotnik in hislater years. At that time Robotnik's compassion for humans was running low. He created this monster to destroy the ones who betrayed him. After seeing it's power, he realized that he must destroy it. Unable to do so he locked it away deep within an amazon temple.

Many years later, Rouge went to that temple in search of treasure. She reactivated him and he escaped his temple prison,without alerting Rouge.

He has returned to get revenge on the one who locked him up, before he destroys the world. He searches South America for Gerald Robotnik, plans to search the U.S, then head to Europe. Has undergone many changes since his journey began, most are not visual but performance wise.

Abilities:
Flight- He can fly as fast as (if not faster) than an F-22
Running- He is slightly slower than Knux on the ground
Strength- He is as physically strong as the Thing (from the Fantastic 4)

Special Powers:
Being Metal, he is not affected by temperture.
has stealth technology, making him invisable
Can use energy attack like Chaos Cannon and smaller energy beams and balls.
has a ball form and has anti-copy programs to prevent people like emerl from stealing his moves.

Weakness:
Sometimes too conservative
Tends to conecentrate on one enemy, leaving him open for attacks by another.
When not invisible, he is very shiny and detectable.

Name: Wind Prower
A.K.A. "The Fox of Telepathy"
First appearance: Crossroads of Time
Theme: "Live and Learn" by Crush 40
Age: 21
Clothes: None, except for his makeshift shoes, which are made of leaves, and his makeshift gloves of the same material.
Species: Two-tailed Fox
Friends: Zayne, Alpha, Faith, Rival, Dracko, Scorpion, Alpha, Scarlet (his girlfriend), everyone that was on Team Dimension, and Lucero.
Wife: Scarlet the fox
Kid (gender unknown): Rune Prower
Rivals: None.
Enemies: Demon Dracko, Sarkon, and Shadesu.
Hobbies: Collecting power sources to seal, perfecting attacks, being with Scarlet
Looks: Almost exactly like Tails, except he has darker fur, and doesn't look as "clean". Also, his eyes are blue in color.

Abilities and attack moves: His vast array of abilities are mostly physical, ice, and "air direction and pressure control" Based.

Absolute zero freeze: He breaths a freeze breath that is as cold as possible: Absolute zero, the coldest in the universes. It freezes anything and everything that it touches.

Absolute zero shards: He makes a ball of that temperature, shatters it, and sends the shards at opponents.

Dark slash: He swipes his tails at enemies, and sends a dark shock wave at them.

Other Notable abilities or attacks:

Telepathy: His most important move, he can speak to others by thinking what he wants to say, and then pushes the message into other minds. He has to use this due to his inability to speak.

Chaos wind: His most powerful attack. After obtaining at least one chaos emerald, he can summon the wind to do his bidding, such as create enough lift to fly extremely high, or send a concentrated blast to hurt the target. The amount of chaos emeralds he has decides how much wind comes to him and how powerful it is.

Mind shock: He uses telepathy to overload the opponents with thoughts, ideas, and images that conflict with each other, causing the target to become unstable and more weak.

Bio: After Team Dimension split up, he and Scarlet had a child. However, Scarlet and the child were kidnapped, and he plans to get them back. He will not stop, even if it means releasing the aura.

Name:Magna Sonic 3000

AKA:Magna

Age:Was created five years after Mecha Sonic's defeat.

Allignment:Evil.

Apperience:Big blue and bulky like Mecha Sonic, but has a long red visor that covers the front of his face. Has a jet pack on his back, along with sharp fingers. Has a pointy nose. Shoes are all red with jet boosters in them to work with his jet pack.

Weapons:Finger guided missles. Though they don't explode, instead he uses them to impale enemy's. His pointy nose can spin like a drill to carve into enemy's or tough surfaces. His visor can project images used mainly for distractions. Has a laser cannon in his chest.

Personality:Overinflated head, thinks he's the top robot that'sfar superior to any Sonic robot.

Likes:Being the toughest.

Dislikes:More powerful foes, as he thinks he's the strongest, and will most likely go after those who are far stronger.

Abilities:Can move as fast as Sonic, and has a computor that copy's peoples moves asEmerl does. Can also project a force field.

Stength:When he absorbs data from any machine he destroy's, it gives him a power boost.

Weakness:He is the only robot who is not only superior, but has more flaws than any of the Sonic robots, having three weakness. The first being that by absorbing data, if he absorbs a virus, he will become unstable. The second weakness is that if he comes in contact with a Chaos Emerald, his power core goes critical. He becomes very destructive and may shut down once the energy burns off. Reactivating after burning off the extra power is the only way he can come in contact with it again without overloading, and thus he must do this seven times before he can use the Chaos Emeralds without problems, once for all seven. His final weakness is his ego, which often gets him into more trouble than expected. If he encounters an enemy who is stronger than he is, he will attack as he thinks he's the toughest. This often get's him into fights he can't win.

Bio:After the defeat of Mecha Sonic, Eggman was getting annoyed on how every machine he builds always seems to fail. Upon researching Sonic for more info, he looks at the blue prints of Mecha Sonic. He decides maybe he should edit some features. This new machine was Eggman's secret weapon, which he never revealed to Sonic. This took him five years to make, as due to the complicated machinery required to run him, there was alot of failed attempts. Upon his near completion, he stumbles upon Emerl's blueprints. He takes a look at the program Emerl had that allowed him to copy anyone he's come in contact with. He decided to fuse Emerl's same program in his new machine, making him the most powerful Sonic robot ever created. He called him, Magna Sonic 3000. Magna's orders were simple: Find and destroy Sonic The Hedgehog. Destroy all who oppose. Magna acknowledged his orders and left Eggman's base to begin his search. Since he is the most powerful, he feels all other machines are obsolete, and enjoys destroying weaker models. His only compainions are the other Sonic robots, as he feels they are "brothers" and helps them when ever he can.

Clothing: brown leather jacket, white shirt, blue cargo jeans, and tennis shoes
Profession:Fighter
Age: 20

Background: Eddie spent all of his life in the city, mainly Station Square. He is a genius when it comes to computers since he spent most of his time around them either creating his own game or helping out as a technician. When he's not around computers, he spends most of his time perfecting his fighting skills at a gym, hanging out with friends, or playing a video game. He is also able to run about half to three-quarters the speed as Sonic which is great asset to his fighting skills. His main goal in life is to be a game designer. So, what's with his fighting skills? His was born into a family who were protectors against evil forces, and it became a tradition that any wolf be taught these skills. Other times, he claims it to a side job as he helps young kids being picked by bullies. He hopes to fight along with to Sonic and battle against one of Dr. Eggman's schemes.

Personality:Ever since he's battled with his darker self, he has gained some confidence within himself and is never that shy anymore when being addressed by someone. Also, he has become of a more go-to guy whenever a situation arises. However, he still the wolf that one must show him some respect if he or she wants to become his friend.

Other info: He has been onthree major adventures which have given him some experience with what is to come in his life. His only true friend is Kyson which whom he's spent most of his adventures with. However, he has had the "pleasure" of meeting his other friend, Brien. Even though he found him a bit odd, Eddie doesn't seem to mind him now.

Personality: complex ( sometimes hes so good he seems holy, other times, he acts kinda mischeavous )

AKA: The Babylonian Hedgehog

Appearance: white fur, blue eyes, silver ( almost metallic ) quill stripes. slightly muscular body ( new addition. check bio for details )

wears: blue gloves, blue running shoes which can be used to grind rails or as skate type extreme gear ( rarely used if ever )

abilities: running at near sonic speeds. holds the power of light, can be used in several ways. spinning attacks.

weapon: the holy saber. can be phased in and out when needed

weakness: pinching his ears, or nose, or tail.

bio: he was born in the city of Babylon, under the legendary Babylonian Moon. this explains his powers. he found a girl who was sent to destroy him, but they fell in love with each other. turns out she was taken from 2 years in the past. he helped her go back to her own time, where she began looking for him for two years finding him the same day she left to the past. ( complicated i know ) theyve been boyfriend and girlfriend ever since. he has been working out ever since Luna arrived in his life, he thinks she will like him even more if he looks strong.

Backstory: Gale is from the very same village as sonic, he has never been on a first name basis with him but they have some similaritys, After hearing so much about Sonic's adventures with his friends Gale decides to set out on an adventure of his own and find the chaos emeralds.

Abilitys: Like Sonic, Gale is extremly fast. His speed is capable of rivaling Sonics speed through his extremly high reflexes at the cost of brute force. Gale has had the elemental power over wind since his childhood and has become very skilled withit since[hence his name]. The power to harness chaos emeralds and to be unaffected by others useing the emeralds, unaffected by chaos control or time stop and all forces that affect the time flow of or stop time, but his biggest strength is his speed and his reflexes. [they are high enough to dodge bullets from less than a few feet from his body and he can literally come from high speeds to stopping on the dime].

Name: Crimson

Species: Cardinal

Gender: Male

Age: 25

Height: 3'2

Bio: Originally a Babylon Rogue, Crimson became resentful of his duties as a thief and moved to the United Federation. After pulling a few strings, Crimson was accepted to G.U.N.'s East Point Officer training school, graduating amongst the top of his class. As a young Lieutnant, Crimson soon proved that he was a strategical mastermind. Despite this, Crimson cared for his men and would put himself in front of them willingly could he have, and was extremely well respected. His performance was highly exceptional throughout every campaign that he was put into, and he continued to get promotion after promotion. However, Crimson's loyalty to duty sometimes caused him to take heavy casualties.

Eventually, he achieved the rank of 4-Star General at the age of just 24. He was also the only non-human ever to achieve such a rank. Shortly thereafter, a huge military coup d'etat broke out in the country of Soleanna, with rebel forces trying to re-establish royal rule over the current dictatorship. G.U.N., which had put the dictator in power, sent Crimson and the 1st Army to help relieve his forces. Many heinous crimes were performed by G.U.N. soldiers on rebel villages, including new weapon experiments. All of these were done behind Crimson's back until one such incident, where a new chemical weapon was being tested on one of the larger villages.

The village population was nearly wiped out, and those who hadn't died where contracting horrible disease.The incident became so large that direct orders where sent to Crimson to wipe the village off the map and clean up the evidence of the war crimes his men had committed. He was shocked at this. This wasn't why he had joined G.U.N. G.U.N. was committing crimes that they swore they would prevent. Crimson refused to give the order at this, and was therefore courtmartialed to the highest extent. His superiors then gave the order and another commander was sent in to replace him.

During his trial, Crimson faced the death penalty. At first it seemed little likely that he would be set free, but the Judge eventually became sympathetic. Because of this, G.U.N. ordered his assassination. They would clean up and make an excuse for his death just as they did the crimes they committed in Soleanna. Crimson somehow evaded this and a huge hunt that followed(Which he still can't understand why). He then defected back to the Babylon Rogues, whom he worked alongside for a short period of time. He eventually escaped to the new Soleanna, where he was given honorary citizenship from Princess Elise. He now rarely uses weapons anymore (and the weapons he does use are all non-lethal)and travels frequently.

He has become friends with Mighty the Armadillo. He has met up with his former comrades, the Babylon Rogues on several occasions, most of which were not friendly. He has dedicated himself to fighting that which he considers to be an evil cause, whether it be G.U.N. or Eggman, always being careful that he doesn't make another huge mistake and end up doing the wrong thing. He has never met Sonic or any of his friends except Mighty yet. He likes to study military history and has an IQ of roughly 150. Although not as smart as Eggman or Tails, he is the most clever and uses his strategical ability to outsmart his enemies using military tactics.

During a mass attack on Station Square, Crimson uncovered and nearly exposed the war crimes committed by G.U.N. and former U.A.C. research head Malcolm Betruger pinned on him. So G.U.N. approached him and had him re-instated to his formermilitary position on a short contractfor unknown reasons in exchange for his false war criminal charges to be dropped.

Abilities: He carries all of the regular abilities that most Sonic characters have, such as fast running and spin-dash, but his main weapon is his strategical mind, which he uses to outsmart his opponents.

Personality: Crimson is regularly in a very serious mood. He has a sense of humor, but it is faint. He is very selfless and will put himself in dangers way to defend the hopeless and less fortunate no matter what the consequence.

Appearance: Crimson is, as his name hopefully suggests, a dark red color. His face is black, he has yellow eyes, and has yellow shoes with red trim.

Weaknesses: Can be easily lead into a trap when he is in a hurry, despite his usual strategic mind.. Also note that he hasn't practiced his natural powers much since he was serving in military. Therefore he is rusty in many areas and falls behind as compared to other Sonic characters.

Name: Rusty

Species: Raven

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Height: 3'0

Bio: Rusty was the youngest child in a family of 7. His older siblings were all smarter and more successful than he was, causing his parents to neglect him through most of his childhood. He was made fun of in school daily, leading to his anxiety and usually withdrawn personality. At age 13, he ran away from his home to an unknown location, but, as evidenced in the last RPG, apparently somewhere in Alaska.

Personality: As stated previously, Rusty is usually extremely shy and withdrawn toward others. Crimson seemed to penetrate this boundary, as he is apparently somebody that Rusty looks up to.

Appearance: All black, green eyes, and black shoes with green trim.

Abilities: Normal abilities and traits that most Sonic characters carry, but he has a move of his own known as the Skydive Punch which he is particularly noted for.

Strengths: He can run very fast, almost up to par with Sonic, and he can occasionally even "glide" through the air.

Weaknesses: He has Anxiety. It is also believed that he may have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Theme Song: Unoforgiven II by Metallica.

Idea for a rule: Player's armies or clones can amount to no more than 5. That way we keep things fair between those taht have armies/clones and those that don'tdemoman_chaos

He then has the feeling that he should see what the node has to say. He puts down his tools, and suddenly starts to feel light-headed. His vision goes black.

(The afore-mentioned experience in the prompt obviously occurs)

He wakes to find himself on the ground, with his right arm strapped in the air. He looks to see that one of the cuffs failed to open fully. Eugene grumbles a bit, and sends a message to one of his nodes. The small droid hovers near his arm, and releases a tiny laser, cutting through the cuff. "Ow!" Eugene snaps, "I need to recalibrate your laser, you shouldn't be missing that kind of mark..." His arm drops to the floor. It may have been burned a little, but it's at least free.

He mutters something to himself and pulls himself up. His bones ache, and he starts to feel the affects of a few days without rest. "Of course...the one experiment I don't sleep during is when I get put into some crazy establishment...". He gets a bit angry, he doesn't quite like the idea of himself being used as a guinea pig. Well, he doesn't like the fact that he isn't running the test, if it even is a test, himself.

He looks around the room, and sees nothing but a camera and a door. He smiles. "What? Aren't you going to give me some sort of Energy Matter Displacement device or something? I thought that's what all of these crazy experiments do." He grumbles when there's no response, he rather enjoyed that comment. He sends one of his nodes towards the camera, and has it cut the camera with its laser.

"For...your own safety...Please, do not destroy, vital testing apparatus..." The voice speaks.

"Yeah sure..." He mutters. The node begins to collect the mass of the camera, and returns to Eugene. "What are you going to do about it?"

The door opens, and the floor begins to split, revealing a pit of acidic goo. Eugene jumps through the door. "Jeez! It was only a camera!"

He stares down the hallway, and sees nothing important. He looks the other way, and notices a door. He sighs. "Well...I suppose I must play along then..." He walks towards the door.

Cyber's cameo will be brief.

Dem and Cyber are walking down the mountain, after a decisive battle.
CS: I never thought they were that strong, but they weren't strong enough.
Dem: yes, they are weak compared to us.
CS: Is that ship ours?
Dem: No, why.

Dem is abducted, Cyber gets away.

Magna's systems turn on. When his visor activates, he notices he's in a room. "Gah! Where am I? Relase me!" The voice echos in the room. "But of course." Magna's chains are broken, and he can move again. "Huh? Where am I! Answer me!" The lifeform just laughs. "Please, re-main calm. Now for your first test..." A bunch of glass arises. All the androids look like him. "...you must det-er-mine whatpower can des-troy these an-droids." Magna scans all the Magna androids.

"Hm, not all of these robots have every single power I've copied. Some are only certain powers. Let's see." He fired Dracko's water blast at the android that had Dracko's fire powers. The android was destroyed. Another android fired his lighting blast. Magna dodged it and thought for a minute. "Hm, what is useful against lighting...ah!" He rips a piece of the wall off, and uses it as a shield. "Well, it may not be rock, but it can't get through the Earth, even if this is a little refined." He threw it at the androidand the wall crushed it. Another robot grew using Jazz's growth. Magna simply turned his hand into Alpha's laser sword and chopped it's legs off as it fell. "The bigger they are the harder they fall." He staved it into the robot's face. The voice echo's again.

"Hm, very good. You my fri-end have pas-sed the first test. You may proc-eed." Another door leading out of the hallway opened. Magna thought. "Hm, guess there's only one way out of here. Well, here I go." He exited the door as it closed behind him. "Now, where to go." He starts walking in a random direction.

Dem finds himself in a white room. He sees only one door. He breaks his chains with ease.

Dem: Wheream I?
"Hell-o there ro-bot. You have been sum-moned here. You at tak-ing part in our exper-iments. Good luck"
Dem: What in the?

A door opens and an android walks in
"You must de-feat him. He will allow us to learn you ab-ilities."
Dem: A simple android, no problems.

Dem fires a shot of chaos energy(I will now call them chaos shot) at the droid. The machine explodes.
"Ver-y good Dem, you have prefom-ed well. Pro-ceed to the exit. You next chall-enge awaits."

Dem goes through the door.

I keep imagining that computer as G-Man from Half-Life.

Gale awakes in an dark room with an all white coat on along with pants...like the arrancar suit he notices he has black lines going down his face (like Ulquiorra's)

Gale: Whats going on? My head is KILLING me!

Gale notices that when he trys to use his powers they are out of control and wild, sometimes being Extremly more powerful and at times being VERY weak.

Gale: wierd.....i cant control my powers anymore.

Suddenly a giant bot comes in the front door and begins to try and attack gale......Gale prepares to defend himself and he noitices he is surrounded by a white aura that sends the bot flying when he touches it

Gale: WOW, what was that...i gotta get outta here!

Galke rushes out of the room....

When he gets to the other side, he sees what looks like Cyber.

Dem: Cyber? What happened to you
-No answer-
Dem: CYBER!! Hmm, something is wrong with him.
"Your next test is to see who is bet-ter. You must de-feat you friend."
Dem: Cyber?It isn't the real you. Your frequency is wrong. Nice try, but this test should be easy.
"I would-n't be so sure, He is ver-ry powerful."
Dem: Fine then, bring it on.

Dem prepares himself for a battle against his ally's copy, not knowing just how close he is to the real thing.
