Nel loves doing jobs under the cover of darkness. She slinks into the target camp.

Slowly as not to awaken any of the team members, she learns the layout of the camp and learns where each member is sleeping. After getting set, she screams, "Up! We're under attack!" The team members awaken and are getting dressed when Nel lets the paint balls fly. Plop! plop! plop! Laughing Nel flees and finds a safe place to watch as all three members come out into the torch light. The members are covered with three colors of paint, red, gold and green. Team Gunblade break out in song singing, "Karma Chameleon"!

Mercenary Nel: Hired by Team Zantetsuken

Nel sitting in her tent when the phone rings.

"Team Zantetsuken would like to hire you for a job. We want you to ......." Nel says, "Okay, but this will be my last hired job."

She hangs up the phone and starts thinking. The paint ball gun reminded her of her younger days when she attained summer camp. Thinking about some of the "naughty" stuff she use to do, she gets an idea.

Under the cover of darkness, she slips through the shadows working her way to her target. Quitely she enters the target camp. Rifling through the sleeping members belongings she finds what she is looking for.:twisted: Slipping out without waking the team members up, she heads for the arena.

Nel approaches the flag pole and seeing the battle flag flapping in the breeze, she pauses. Maybe she shouldn't do this. Then thinking about that Team Zantetsuken are paying plenty for this one.:lol: With this last payment, she had reached her goal and can send the money back to Aquios knowing she did her job.:)

Finally she starts to lower the battle flag. Removing it from it gromits she attaches the items she stole from the target team.:twisted: Pulling the rope to send the items sky high, to flap in the breeze. She goes to camp Zantetsuken to collect the prize of 8000 gil.:P

Morning will be funny when all the remaining teams and mercenaries see the new flag she had risen. Team Jenova's Witnesses will not find it to funny though. She hopes they all have a good sense of humor tomorrow.:?

The next morning someone shouts! "Hey isn't that Jenova's picture on those underwear?":lol:

Quistis looks over at the underwear flag at Team Jenova's Witnesses' camp and stifles a giggle. "Well this is definitely the strangest battle tactic I have ever seen! I wonder what will happen next?" Quistis casts Haste, and wishes Seifer were here to see this - he would appreciate this for sure:)

Nel walk out in the middle of the arena. She calls out to all the teams that are left. As they gather, she tells them she would like to explain better why she no longer will be taking hired jobs.

At the beginning of the tournament with the six teams is was easy doing hired jobs because none cancelled out each other. With each team that has fallen it has slowly started to become clear what was going to happen. Now with three teams left, she is getting request from different team and these request are canceling out each other. Therefore, Nel feels like the game will take longer if all she is doing is canceling out her own actions. So with sadden:( heart and losing the possibly of making bonus fol, she must do what in her heart is fair to herself. She will have a very hard time with her choices from now on,:? having to choose for herself for which action to do and to which team, as she likes all of teams equally. She hopes they all understand.:D

But one team will win, and two more must fall.:evil: She will watch and plan, debate and plan some more.8) She closes her little speech by saying, "Just because I like all the teams, doesn't mean I won't help take one out." She hopes afterwards no hard feeling will come between the new friendships she has found. To battle stations and may the best team win. Good luck to all of you!:)

Nel follows a team back to their camp, standing there they give her a cold look. "What the heck do you want?" Nel doesn't say a word, hands them three healing potions and leaves.

She's walking around silently, moving from shadow to shadow. Spying on all three teams.

Team Jenova Witnesses are sitting around their camp, Kadaj and Yazoo look like they are having a heated discussion. Probably as to the whereabout of Sephiroth as he seems to have disappeared again. A voice sounds in Nel's head, "I'll never be just a dream!" A shiver runs up her spine.:shock:

Continuing on she spies on Team Zantetsuken. Odin and Magus seem to be having a disagreement also. Again probably about Crono being AWOL. She shakes her head. Why did people to sign up to play, then quit? Well, that's not her problem, it's their leaders problem. They should send messages.

She moves on and comes to Gunblades camp. It's empty. Not a soul in sight. Slowly she sneaks into the camp. No one. Where could they be. Have they all quit?

Nel sits down on a cot deep in thought. Why would a leader put together a team then quit. Nel knows Seifer and Vincent quit showing up a long while back leaving everything up to Quistis, but she's just one person and can't handle it alone. Did she quit because her teammates quit? Hmmmm! or are they lurking around, watching and waiting?

That idea makes Nel smile.:) Well that would be a great strategy. Let the other teams and mercenaries feel sorry for Quistis, then have her disappear too. Nobody would attack a team that's not there. Thereby, the two teams left start attacking each other until one is defeated and the other really low on HP. Then all they would have to do is show up for the kill and win. Brilliant! But if that is their strategy, then Nel thinks maybe she should level the playing field. But what if she's wrong? Hmmm what to do. Well, one way to find out.:twisted:

Nel starts trashing Gunblades camp. Cutting cots up, breaking items left behind. She only destroys a quarter of the camp. Let's see if that get their attention.:twisted:
