Cherrypicking? I mentioned some of the most popular pc games while you pick a game rushed to meet the xbone launch. I've watched playthroughs of dead Rising 3 on xbone and never saw any issues.

Gears 2 has sp campaign, full mp, offline mp with bots and splitscreen, horde modes. Lot's of bang for the buck. After that CoD added their own horde type mode called Spec Ops, Halo added firefight same with Uncharted. Yes, Gears 2 started a good trend in gaming which is the opposite of what UT and Quake 3 did by having mp only.

What playstation game do you speak of?

When I upgraded to the gtx 680 I kept my 5870 as a backup.

Non gaming pc sales are at an all time low. PC gaming hardware and console hardware are selling better than ever. Video gaming is booming all around.

Actually my Monitor was 250USD and it is 1440p so it's better than your 1080p tv which doesn't even get fully utilized in all PS4 games......PS4 is the 900p station.

If they were so focus to build around console it wouldn't end with laughable resolution. Titanfall was supposed to be the go to game for xbox one and it has a resolution 729p and the graphic were last gen when older build pc could pull off 1080p. Why do you think the pc version ends up better.

The funny thing is, while I was waiting for my 2 GTX 970s I tried Titanfall on my GTX 570 and was able to play it at 1440p with everything maxed aside from textures.

The only thing that has a high requirement in Titanfall is textures which requires a 3gb vRAM card when using the insane texture setting.

The textures don't really look good even at insane setting so they are most likely just upscaled.

C'mon, you know many colleges refuse to allow gaming on campus computers. But, they still gotta show some prestige by having expensive stuff.

They compare lower graphics settings with higher res vs higher settings and lower res and we all know what turned out to be the better looking option. This is done with exclusives designed around one console as well.

Call of Duty for example started out at 720p on the 360 but when making the sequels they found that the game would look better with more graphical features at a lower res.

Horde mode and offline bot mp is quite a bit of extra content. Gears 2's bang for the bug inspired many other games.

A HD7850 performs very similar to PS4, if you don't believe it just look all the multiplats.

lol your an idiot, equivalent spec PC means the whole damn thing which includes the cpu. So you would have to have a 6 core low end AMD cpu at 1.6 ghz with a 7850 type gpu to see the PS4 outperform an equivalent spec PC. Its the cpu side of the coin that determines if the pc will perform well. If a game utilizes all cores/threads on a modern quad/hex or eight core cpu you do not need a gpu 40-50% stronger to match consoles. In this day and age if you dont have a Phenom 2 X4 or Q9*** series cpu or better then yeah you will be hurting

Not really since at least the 360/ PS3 are being phased out, that hardware should have been phased out two years ago at least. Now at least games will actually be native to modern standards. Give it a couple years and again will be complaining about them holding back multiplats

I am a hermit therefore I make fun of myself for owning a ps4 instead of a hardcore pc. I am a disgrace to all hermits because I cant afford a $1000 pc that can play on ultra hd 4k settings. The poor hermits get picked on by the rich hermits, cows, and xboner fangirls.
