The 3DS is looking to be shaping up great, but at the same time ... I could never have the time and the money to make the most of it.

It'll probaly be $250 and yes, so worth not only cux its vastly mimproved over other ds's, but because the oracina of time is being re-released. That justifys the price COMPLETELY. (especially when you add in starfox and Kid Icarus)

As far as proffesor Layton and Phoenix wright goes, i think its a good Idea. But how will they explain professor Layton having it wrong. Assuming the girl really is guilty.

Sony has knid of disapointed everyone as far as hanheld go. Just buy the nintendo system, cuz nintendo can deliver, with or without 3rd party support.(And it does have support for the 3ds)

Wouldn't it be better to wait for 3DSLite? You know it's going to happen in about 2 years and it will be an even better system than 3DS. Also I have another question as to whether this can play DS games. If it can than SWEET!!!

An Xbox 360 doesn't fit in your pocket. You'd have a hard time playing it on a train (for example).

If you played them you would know that

[spoiler] Phoenix Wright is a fresh out of Law School Lawyer that gets caught in the middle of most of his cases (even before he became a Lawyer he was framed for Killing someone when it was actually his girlfriend). Phoenix's first case was of Murder and according to his Instructor, 1st time Lawyers don't usually take Murder Cases as they are harder to handle than other Cases. Phoenix takes the case because it was his friend that was suspected to be the Murderer. Phoenix wins the case and his friend is set free. Because it was Phoenix's first case and it was his first victory, Mia, Phoenix's Instructor, Invited him to dine with her and her sister to celebrate. The plans change when Phoenix finds Mia dead right next to a girl who turns out to be Maya, Mia's Sister. Maya is accused of Murdering her Sister and Phoenix decides to Defend her because she is Mia's Sister and he believes that Maya wouldn't just kill her Sister like that. Phoenix then comes face to face with the most Ruthless Prosecutor in the Country, Miles Edgeworth. He's rarely lost a case and even if the person is innocent he will get a guilty verdict no matter what. Phoenix wins the case though ruining Edgeworth's rep but bringing Maya's sister to justice and Giving Phoenix a name for himself. Ever since then Maya and Phoenix have been close friends and Phoenix obtains Mia's old office. Afterwards Phoenix gets more famous and nearly loses his own live and Maya's in most of his cases, but thanks to Maya and her cousin Pearl. Phoenix has the power to knock the truth out of people with some Medium "Magic" and without it, he may not even have won most of his cases. So in conclusion, Phoenix Wright is about a Lawyer that defends people that have been wrongfully Accused (or not) in Murder Cases when in some cases may end in a matter of Life or Death. [/spoiler]

In the end it's all about the game and the 3DS already has a pretty damn impressive lineup 5 months before launch.

3DS is going to flop so hard. Im calling it. W/$300 i can get a ps3/360.
