PC gaming isnt dying it's just downgrading .

The OC used to be the top platform for everything and now it's sharing alot of its exclusives with consoles.

Epic basically gave the finger to the PC community this week and is now developing console 1st pc 2nd.

PC has the BIGGEST library of games...you just have to see the list of AAA and AA games for the PC at Gamespot...more than 50 games scored 9.0 or more here at gamespot an you can play most of them with an average PC not to mention freeware... you statement fails

If I had to rely on consoles for gaming I'd quit. I can't stand the console offerings. They're so oriented to the teen crowd that it's painful. Gimme something like IL2:Sturmovik or Civ4 or Total War...something that requires actual thought and not just reflexes. Something that doesn't let you win just for playing. I've had games of Civ4 where I made some mistakes early on and they came back to make the game impossible to win 200 turns later. Console games all hold you hand and don't let you screw up like that. Bleh. No thanks. Beyond that, I can't stand controllers. They're so limited and useless for the types of games I play. Rumble isn't force feedback, MY joystick is true Force-feedback: it can pull right when I'm trying to pull left, for instance. Console games seem so shallow, it's no wonder people on consoles jump from game to game. br0kenrabbit

Actually...there are 162 games that scored 9.0 or more here at gamespot for the PC... so you can say a lot of things about the PC but "its game library sucks" is not one of them...

Also the show on Discovery, Jetstream (reality show on canadian AirForce), got me to love the F/A18C/D Hornet all over again and I recently played Jane's F18 because of it :P
