Of all the games that I've bought this generation, Dynasty Warriors 7. I thought I'd love it, considering I really enjoyed N3 & later found I enjoyed Sengoku Basara after trading DW7 in for it. DW7 is just so.. I don't know, there just isn't any... 'Flow'? The combat in N3 & Sengoku Basara 3 just seems to feel better, while DW7 seems so slow, stiff & awkward.

Wii Sports of Mario Kart Wii were worse, but I didn't buy them, I only played them at a family party. Of high profile games, Killzone or LBP were the worst I've played. They are far from the worst overall of course.

Cant choose between PD0 and Far Cry 2. Probably FC2 because i didnt even finish it.

Really? I quite liked it. As for me it is a toss up between Oblivion and Farcry 2. I could not get into those games, quit after about an hour of play (I think I will give Oblivion another try with mods to see if it makes a difference).

Lost Odyssey hands down. It was an absolute chore getting through the first 5-hours of this game and by then I was like "screw this" and returned it.

The worst games I played this gen would be Half Life 2 (The Orange Box) and Demon's Souls. The problem with DS was that it had no soul... the world felt so dead and bland, no life at all to that game. Half Life 2 was just boring. Everything dragged on and on and on and on. Even the shooting mechanics felt like crap.

I still have a few games I can hardly bring myself to finish which would be Gears Of War 1, Just Cause 2, Killzone 2, Dead Space, Resistance 1 and Resistance 2, Halo 3, Halo ODST.

Deadly Premonition. Tried it after all the ball washing it gets from forums. Crap game is crap. The writing, no matter how witty cannot make up for the poor ass combat that would have sucked on the PS1. SO glad that was was rented. Even the discounted price would have pissed me off had I payed for it.\

The fact that turd got a 7, and Duke got 3.5 is enough for me to scratch the hell out of my head. If Duke is a 3, the DP owes me some effing points. Not saying Duke was good or anything, but at least I could finish that.

Breezed through the main quest in a handful of hours, uninstalled it and never touched it again.

Clunky game engine, unrefined mechanics, unresponsive controls, plain horrible RPG elements. No redeeming features imo, all around it's just a poor excuse of a Fallout.

Star Ocean: The Last Hope. A lifeless, boring game with terrible characters and a horrendous story. The only redeeming part was the battle system, but that got repetitive and boring as well. I refused to finish the game and recently sold it to some poor sap on Ebay... who emailed me a few days after the auction telling me the game sucked.

Got when I first got my 360 and IT WAS A NIGHTMARE so I took it back the next day

Ive gotta agree two worlds 2 is one of the worst ive played this gen.

another game that i liked but found it so hard to be overly fustrating and not fun past the first while was motorstorm apocolypse. Loved the idea of the game and everything but it was overly difficult imo, and NA's release was delayed making the multiplayer that much harder since people had already had the game for a while

Reviews don't fool me, neither do people, there needs to be a set balance of information from different sources to make me buy a game. This gen, no bad games for me. I enjoyed games like Ninja Blade, Knights Contract, sue me.

I don't know if its the "worst" game I've played, but I think I had the hardest time trying to make it through the original Persona. Before I get called a hater, the 2nd game is one of my all time favorites.

anyway i would have to say tomb raider underworld, the game just feels broken, and is terribly boring. i still have it though, i dont like trading my games in.

The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night. Was a crappy rehash of a medicore game from last gen. I find it saddening that Spyro sunk so low before finally dying. :(

I'll agree with that. The game looks great, but the gameplay and camera are horrendous. Let's hope the great looking new Tomb Raider does not suffer from similar issues.

Dark Sector. I tried SO hard to like it, but it just wasn't happening. The pacing was inconsistent, most of the gameplay was boring, and if it had any action, it was tedious. I played half way through the game, and then I returned it to Gamefly.
