Anyone else think Sony is really scared about the Xbox event?

I'm not sure why Sony would be scared. They showed a pretty compelling core lineup of games from successful IPs.

@tormentos: We're not talking about ps4 and ps3 bc, we're asking what made Sony decide to offer free bc on ps5? Remember how Sony stated that people don't want it? Sony saw gp blow psnow away in terms of subscribers and realised they have to change....they couldn't expect people to pay for their ps4 games again through psnow when Xbox offers free bc, over all xbox generations.

That is false. Gamepass is not a copy of PS Now. PS Now was a STREAMING ONLY service. Gamepass is not a streaming service but a game subscription service that allowed gamers to download games instead of streaming. These games once downloaded can be enjoyed without the need of a perpetual Internet connection. With the success of Gamepass, PS Now was forced to implement downloading of games ~year later. Those the facts. But, thanks for sharing your opinion.

PSN+ allow you to download rented PS3 games on PS3 before the xbox one was even out let alone gamepass.

So yeah they copy both sony models period,the rest as usual is damage controll from the unbiased developer that doesn't make games and is here all days defending MS.🤣
