I made a whole new PC from the ground up and it cost me $1400. I can run Crysis on as higher settings as it will allow; though there are even higher settings for when new graphics cards hit the market in a few years time.

You do not need a "3k PC" by any means. Dont be such a fanboy. If you simply upgrade an existing PC rather than buy a whole new one as i did, you could probably run Crysis maxed out (as much as possible right now...) for $500 tops.

Being a fanboy wont help your arguement.

Very ignorant thing to say considering I can run it on High with dx10 autoexec cfg's and it's basically the same graphically, it also runs at around 33 fps average. Here's a screenie with FPS in the upper left corner. 8800 GTS 640 mb, E6600 and 2 gigs ram.

Halo 3 didn't get Multiplayer for the year, it didn't get FPS of the year, it didn't get best sequal, it didn't get best graphics, it didn't get best music, it didn't get best story, it didn't get best gameplay. How bias is this site?!

Halo 3 is the highest scoring FPS this year and sold SIX MILLION in one day.That's TWICE as many PS3s sold! How the hell does COD4 get 360 GOTY over Halo 3?! And some how COD4 get's shooter of the year too?! Halo 3 revisioned the FPS and Bungie spent countless 3 years working on this game. How can GS do this?!

For all we know, tomorrow, they might end up giving GOTY to COD4 or that PC FPS that needs a 3k PC just to run on mid. How wrong is that?!

Does anyone else feel that the GS GOTY awards aren't right this year?

Halo 3 did not "revision" the FPS. It took Halo 2, tweaked things a bit, and polished all of the armor.

They spent countless 3 years on the game? Hm... let me try. 1... 2... 3... OMGZ! I broke the space time continuum!

So what if they give COD4 GOTY? CoD4 is an amazing game that all hardcore gamers can enjoy.

you can blame the cows for this crap, they were the ones voting for COD4 because they havent adecent game worth playing until now.. COD4 is an ok game, but its a rental at best... the multiplayer is sucks so damn bad.... Halo3 is a far superior game that people will come back to once the flavor of the month dies of.. shadowrun has much better multiplayer then cod4 even.Bdking57

hell...most monitors are limited to 1280 by 1024 as it is.

Halo3's popularity/sales was only because of Halo:CE's goodness.def_mode
