[QUOTE="Xtasy26"][QUOTE="Zlychop"] Yeah, then they brag about how there $500 card with 32xaa on looks so much better than a $200 console. At the end of the day, we are still playing the same game for 25% of the cost of a true gaming PC. Who wins? Console gamers.Zlychop
That's like saying we are watching the same movie. Yeah. But a Dark Knight on Blu-ray 1080P looks NIGHT and and DAY difference when compared to Dark Knight on DVD.
You are saying the consoles 720P with crappy AA and AF doesn't look much different thatn a PC running the same game FULL HD 1080P with 8X AA AND 16X AF? That's just the resolution, how about DX 11 lighting and tesselation and high resolution textures on games like Crysis 2 and Skyrim, which the consoles can't even do.
..Not to mention the mods that provide a better gaming experience.
Yes, that is exactly what I'am saying. At normal playing distance on a console, the visual deficiencies are nullified because unlike PC gamers, console gamers don't have to sit 3 feet away from the screen.Wrong. You obviouslly haven't watched a DVD movie and a Blu-ray 1080P movie on large HDTV, the difference is night and day. close up to a screen or when sitting in a couch.
The difference between PC vs consoles is even greater because it's not just a matter of resolution but it's also a matter of DX 11 tech like tesselation and lighting, that current consoles can onlly dream of.
