Crysis 2 coming to consoles

I don't know the hardware in either system well enough to comment so I won't. But I don't see a reason why the console version would effect the PC version, because it already has a great base with Crysis 1. As far as gameplay goes I'm personally not looking for much more. I just want new weapons, enemies, and story. I don't see consoles holding that back.nmaharg

I can't really name a multiplat that has been dumbed down because of the consoles. Maybe I just haven't played one. I've played a few games that are better on PC. Mirrors edge, COD4, Mass Effect so on.nmaharg

Not necesarily multiplat but a franchise that had sequels that were dumbed down (imo). Good example? Morrowind-Oblivion. Interface was much more simple and the game was easier.

May have a point. But I prefer oblivion to Morrowind. Morrowind was too wide open. I really never knew what I was suppose to be doing.nmaharg

Although with Crysis' case the worlds might be too small. But who knows this was all speculation on my part (from past experiences) so *shrugs* we'll just have to wait for more news of Crysis 2 to make a proper assessment, so till then my hopes of Crysis 2 matching the first..well is pretty slim actually.

Crysis isn't coming to consoles, Crysis 2 is. The PC has the highest number of AAE+ games this generation, only ignorant consolites think it's the only game hermits have. Really, I remember when trolls used to be fun to argue with, this is just sad.

Shooters on the 360 sell very well, so I'm sure the community will be there on live. Also just about all xbox live gamers have a mic, have you played crysis wars on PC?, its not that great and hardly anyone uses a mic in my experience with the game.

CryEngine 3 looks like crap. Why wouldn't they used CryEngine 2 for the PC version. Dissapointing. Dumbed down version of Crysis...yay:roll:
