Crysis 2 coming to consoles

GTAIV is better on PC than PS3 now that all the bugs are fixed. The 360 version is obviously the one to get due to the DLC.

Shooters on the 360 sell very well, so I'm sure the community will be there on live. Also just about all xbox live gamers have a mic, have you played crysis wars on PC?, its not that great and hardly anyone uses a mic in my experience with the game.

Well, luckily on xbox live, you can mute the 12yr olds. On a side note though, there are also immature gamers on the mic on the pc as well, I have both versions of left 4 dead and have run into the singing kids, or the swearing kidson the PCas well as on the 360 version. I don't mind though because in my experience the majority of the time on xbox live you do meet up with good teammates and coordination on the mic makes the game more fun and I think the same can probably be applied to the future version of crysis wars on the 360.

Wow this thread went down hill pretty fast and into one of hermit/ pc hate! Has Crysis being PC exclusive for all this time really built up so much anger and resentment? :lol: Settle down guys.

A few points:

1. Crysis is an open game, its outdoor environments are 'open'. If I was to take a pad of paper and draw a crysis level it would fill the page, be big and open to exploration. If I was to draw most console shoorters, it would consist of corridors and rooms even for so called 'outdoor' areas.
2. No one has ever claimed Crysis is 'open-ended' lol
3. Crysis does have very well rated gameplay. Consolites need to stop saying the game is 'just good graphics'. That's not what the reviews say. If you play Crysis as a run-and-gun-fest then that is what you will get, if you play it as a stealth game then that is what you get. If you want to skulk around wooded areas and abduct korean soldiers predator style, you can or if you want to punch the roof in and massacre everyone inside, you can lol. No matter how you consolites try and try to spin this, the gameplay is VARIED, it is OPEN and recieved HIGH RATINGS.

I dont think pc gamers will have to worry as Crytec will more than likely develop the pc version, and console versions will go to Free Radical.

They could rename it Haze Crysis 2.

They better not pull a farcry 2 cutting it down so the ram gimped consoles can run it and ruin half the game. As long as it has levels the size of the first crysis and the same awesome physics that is fine. imprezawrx500
