[QUOTE="lucfonzy"]Anyone notice they patched the demo, and it now says "press enter to begin" that made me smile haha.yellonet
Yeah, that's totally the biggest gripe we have about the game. It's all good now.Anyways I went on a server on my own and just ran around without people shooting at my face just to check out the visuals. To be fair I think it looks good, considering its DX9 only, multiplayer, and probably not at all representative of final game, I'm still hopeful.lucfonzy
Because graphics are what makes a game good, am I right?
The graphics are ok, the problem is that how the game is and can be played have nearly nothing in common with Crysis.Well, I'm just gonna say this from my perspective and what not... I'm a huge fan of the original Crysis games, played them through many times. I even loved Crysis Wars, shocking I know... When I jumped into the MP, I judged it straight away, I didn't really give it a chance. "What is this COD like fast paced nonsense? It feels totally consolised!" I thought to myself :P But after playing it a bit more, getting to grips with it, I'm starting to like it.
Sure I'm still a bit mad they took out the huge mp maps and vehicular combat. Actually I'm pretty miffed... but games evolve. I guess it's just unfortunate it had to evolve into a cod clone, but i feel it goes alot deeper than cod in the 10 levels I've played. I started off playing it like I was playing COD, but NOW I'm playing it like I'm playing Crysis, using the cloak effectively to stalk people and take them out, its pretty fun.
I'm putting aside my judgements for now, I'm just gonna enjoy it, and I'll make my assumptions when I'm playing the Singleplayer campaign in DX11, because that's what we're all only interested in really...
