Crysis MOD for FAR BETTER GRAPHICS (no 56k)

just rememberppl.. it looks good, its nowhere near playabe and neither is the normal game.

the FPS suck on all systems. The game is a waste for another year or 4+ months until new Gfx cards are out cos its unplayable in the current state.

Lol yes it is, alot of people can get it running at 30fps (which most console games run at) on very high settings, and it doesn't take an expensive gaming PC to run this game on low..

anyone want me to make a Crysis mod/user mapthread?

The hilarious thing is that this is coming from console owners. Console owners, whining about framerate. Just priceless. It's like Fox News whining about bias.

Just to get it through their heads, for once and for all: low FPS =/= unplayable.

Its funny becasue when you go up close to most textures they look pretty bad, everything looks good at a distance but the actualy textures are pretty poo, the lighting however really makes up for it. The Only time wher the actual environment textures were awesome was probably inside the space ship all the crystalline sculptures and metal surfaces. Aldo textures seem to be better at night.AlphaJC

I was jsut jsut saying that the textures really arent that great in crysis and i am running this game On high settings, volumetric at very high and lighting at very high at 1920x1080 and it looks really good don't get me wrong but there are lots of textures taht look pretty bad, all i see form Crysis grpahics threads are OMG look its teh amazings, but they jsut keep showing the same outside far way formt eh tress screenshots when the tress don't really look taht good on high settings and the same as the foliage. Maybe if i spent another 100 bucks on ram and a new video card i could get it to look better but im not going to spend 300 dollars to do so. Crysis graphics are really nice but they are overrated.
