Power Stone hasn't had a game for years.

I also never heard of people saying They go home and turn on their Dreamcasts to play Power Stone, they say they're going home to play Super Smash Bros. Melee on the Gamecube.

BTW, Melee is actually going to EVO. As Voted by the Fans.

You actually had a semi rational post before this but then lost it right here so Ill reply to that one instead because I don't know how to respond to this.

I agree somewhat. I would like Nintendo to make a new big IP. They haven't done it since pikmin, and look how it turned out, everybody loves that series. But Nintendo needs to make this game. They can't just not have a new big 3D Mario game for their home console. Nintendo has enough first party in house studios where they don't have to ship it out to someone else to make a new IP. 

And when it comes to the 3D mario games, aside from Galaxy 2, they played totally differently than the one that came before it. If they make a new 3D Mario, theres a chance its totally different than what we saw before. So while it would be a new mario game, its ok as long as they change it up. Nintendo had always done well with doing that before the NEW Super Mario Bros series, Which is literally been the same game over and over. But in all likely hood this won't be like that

Maybe they'll pull out all the stops and reveal a shitload of third party games no-one expected as well as all their first party gems, such as GTAV (god i hope so!)

Two Wii U's can combine and form a hybrid Wii cube with 15x higher performance, 90% less space requirement and 70% less energy usage per bit.

I honestly don't know what they could do at this point other than rely on the same usual near worn out tired Nintendo franchises to spark some interest.    Pokemon RPG for the Wii U perhaps?

 hoping for GTA V to be on Wii U is like hoping for a Zelda game on PC. It's NEVER gonna happen. Deal with it.

As long as it's better than last year and they can do more than lackluster announcements. Big hitters and firm release dates. And something news to go along with Mario, Zelda, Metroid and Pikmin.

I think some significant gameplay of Bayonetta 2 would calm the fanboy nerves. T and A always does.

TBH, I think a large amount of top players in the FGC actually have nothing against Smash or its competitive community (Melee's atleast). Alot of the "laughing" probably comes from the more scrubby members/trolls of the FGC I believe.
