Game load times are faster on PC, especially those on SSD. Steam auto logins, same with most multiplayer games.  Most system errors on my PC are caused by myself, and system errors are not exclusive to PC (RROD, YLOD, disc read error, etc).

I have not had a PC error (BSOD, or anything like that) for around 3 years.

Yeah I remember when I got a PS3 again and played TLoU the game started to chug and slowdown a bit and I was gonna go into options and change settings.The PS3 was getting hot too and I wanted to adjust fans but couldn't as a habit of playing on PC for so long lol

yep, so it's always patched. or I can remote access my PC from anywhere, like work and start a download, and it's ready when I get home

Load times on PC are exponentially faster than console games. Sure logging into steam is another barrier but it literally takes seconds to do. Then the game starts super fast. You can also disable intro logos or skip them more on PC than consoles. When all is said and done you're in the game running around WAY faster than on a console. 

You do get random crashes on some games but if it happened "everyday" to you then that's something wrong with the system you played on. Not the game or the platform as a whole. Last time a game crashed on me completely was months ago. Where as on my PS3 it happened yesterday playing Demon's Souls.

I have about the same, but divide everything by 2.  Most of my games though are on a Caviar Black HDD. My most played games are on my SSD

I have the Corsair Neutron GTX's, never done a test of how quick they are though, they just feel like lightning lol.

Alot of people buy prebuilt PC's (alienware) without having any experience with a computer and expect them to work like consoles. If a game doesnt work they rage at themselves and the PC gaming community..sell their overpriced PC and by a console and claim they know everything about PC gaming :roll:

That's because most people are computer illiterate. When faced with the challenge of installing most people select the next button over the custom install option.

I've been working on computers for well over 18 years. I still don't know everything. I also forget things I learn and if Google wasn't so damn helpful in learning I would be less effective at what I do for people.

My family and friends are all lucky to have me lol. I'm always fixing, building and cleaning their computers.

I can understand peoples thoughts on PC. It takes a long time to figure things out. Once you do it's like riding a bike.

It helps if you have an interest in PC. Because you'll be willing to dig deeper, read harder and cross reference more.

Consoles will always be there for people who don't care to learn. No shame in that.
