cow fanboys will always lose this argument. consoles are closed systems. once the ps4 releases or xb1, its already inferior hardware because pc keeps updating the new cpu/gpu to latest and greatest.

Just sold my PS3 l2 weeks since I got a Oppo BD player.

It was inevitable due to costs (dev & hardware), that consoles would just become stripped PCs. So basically, everyone is a PC gamer now :D

Seriously though sure a gaming PC is going to cost more, but you are delusional if you think the PS4 is going to give you the same or better than a top of the line PC.  Maybe over a mid range PC (that you can buy now and not sometime in the future) or a low end PC (which again can be had now for cheap).

Exactly. The game is many years old now, older than 90% of console gamers. It is a graphical wonder that pushed the bar arguebly higher than any game ever has. The console kids who bought this on Xboxlive probably haven't played the actual game, so they just comment and niggle. Very sad.

Interesting since I never said that you can't play on console.  My point is that there are gaming PC's out there.  If you don't want to spend the money that's great no is forcing you too, but you get what you pay for.  You can't expect a $400 piece of hardware to do what $1000 (and more) can.  Maybe not every one can afford to get top of the line but that's besides the point.  If you want to play on console by all means do so.  There is nothing wrong with it.  Just don't start threads about how a console is so much better when it's clearly just fanboyism talking.

Well, i am unsure of how to talk to you, i game on console and PC, and i have far more fun on PC, i also am much more social on PC, my friends own PC's, i also fix up others PC's for them, i can afford to feed my hobby.
