Do you actually have a GOOD reson to defend the company you stand up for here?

I'll go first.

Sony/PS3: I stand up for them here because they at least try to produce a good string of quality exclusives all year long and don't try to rip off their customers in the process.

That's it! no bulls#*t he said she said non-sense or excuses about what dumb comment some marketing exec said or some other silly irrelevant gripe about past performances. So what I want to hear what everyone else has to say about the company they stand up for the most here.

There is if you affiliate yourself with them for marketing, like Rikusaki (the Onlive guy) did. The potential is limitless on how much money you can make with internet marketing.

these companies don't give a crap about you, your just money signs to them, so why would i sit here and defend them? now defending game developers is a different story

The extent of me "standing up" for companies is to buy their schit or saying "this is good" on a forum.

I stand up for everyone but apple because they all have something worth while and unique.

Out of the three companies I would have to say Sony is the least full of **** too bad I don't own a PS3.

I defend the Playstation brand and PC gaming because they're both legendary.

Nintendo, because they are first-and-foremost a GAME company. They exhibit the craft in the truest sense of the word. Just as a musician or painter survives on their given craft, Nintendo does so on making games.

Loyal to the progress of better gaming altogether. Sony and Microsoft are trying to do that besides trying to gain the casual market.

Not big on Nintendo as they are going after the money, using old tech, the casual audience, same formula and are not competitive.

I don't think people stand for a company as much as they try to justify their purchases against the competition. Fanboyism is a very immature reaction to jealously and misunderstanding of other people or products of the same type.
