Sony does attempt to rip off customers with controllers and peripherals. Just not the systems themselves.

Sony because no matter how hard I look on the 360 and Wii, I just can't find enough value to warrant a purchase. Also, Valve because they are awesome at everything they do except counting to three and releasing games in a timely manner.

Good reason? I grew up playing their games. Starcraft, Diablo 2, Warcraft 3, World of Warcraft. I understand their reasoning. Most people here don't. And it shows.
