You do know that would not be a bad thing....Look at the top 20 games on Gamerankings. The GC and PS2 are tied and one of the PS2 games are a port from the GC. Also note only 1 Xbox title.

The highest rank game from last gen was Metroid Prime.

The only opinion that has ever mattered to me is my own. I couldnt believe how bad this game was when I rented it. It scored AAA so I expected a good game. I honestly couldnt believe how bad it was. The wii has different standards for reviewing just like the PC does. The Pc games have to be better to get high scores and the wii games can be worse and get high scores. Looking at the list of consoles you own in you sig, it dosent look like you are used to playing games that the PS3 and 360 have anyway. I guess you just settle for the games that you can play on your wii.

What do you honestly think NMH would have scored on the PC, PS3 or 360? Think about that and tell me the wii dosent have different standards. I go by reviews making my decisions on what games to purchase and once I get them form my own opinion. You have to go by something before you waste money on them, you cant go off box art alone.

The graphics are not the only bad part about the game. The PC can use a controller so I dont know why it wouldnt work on it. The best motion useage in that game was mowing lawns and the gym. The combat was a joke and would have been the same with buttons.

How is it not a bad console? The PS#/360 has RE5- resistance2- gears2- mgs4- cod4- the list goes on and on. The wii even misses out on all the great multiplat games. Im sorry but I really dont see it.

Yeah, it sucks that I won't be able to play those games, but we just can't afford either of the other two consoles.

im not a sheep i like nintendo but mostly by far play on the pc

i just dont get why people have to say x game suck or y game is over rated, and then there is z game is only liked by fanboys and people to poor to get a real game on my console.

you will not like every thing others do but it is healthy to recognise that it may be good in its own right

Also that your opinion doesn't change that, overall, NMH is considered a great game.

And, most important, that for most of us "sheeps", "N-fans" or whatever you want to call us, the Wii is a great console, because it has what we want, great Nintendo games, like SMG etc.

My whole argument was that, just because you (or the "majority in this site") think the Wii is a bad console, it doesn't mean it is.

How is it not a bad console? The PS#/360 has RE5- resistance2- gears2- mgs4- cod4- the list goes on and on. The wii even misses out on all the great multiplat games. Im sorry but I really dont see it.

I don't question that. I also can't see why GTAIV is considered the 3th best game. I just said that for every one that likes a game (or doesn't like) a game or console, there will be someone that thinks otherwise. That's why we have to try to be open-minded.

Yup, I know tha Wii lacks a lot of good games this gen, but it also has SMG, MP3, Zelda TP, Super Paper Mario, SSB Brawl and MArio KArt Wii. I'm not trying to convince you (I already noticed that you don't like Nintendo games), but for the ones who do, the Wii is a delight. One game of almost every Nintendo big franchise in 1.5 years. That's why I'm happy with it.

Of course, if you don't like Nintendo games, the Wii is not exactly a good option.

I dont think it could take the place of my 360 or PS3, not at all.

And what is even more unfortunate is the potential the system has that Nintendo devotes to stuff like WiiMusic. I mean the first year if the Wii's life Nintendo pumped out some quality stuff. Now I read stuff from Miyamoto where he states Zelda needs to be more "accessible" to the casual user.

If they dumb down their franchises I'm done with them for sure. I sold my Wii, but if they pick things back up I'll consider buying another one.

Do you realise not everyone enjoys first/third person shooters as you have listed above.....

Since E3 there been this sudden influx of Wii Haters like I posted b4 the Wii offers me different type of games new and old and for £150 I can't complain... ahhh yeah if u missed it GameSpot gave SMG GOTY.

By the way I love NMH I think its a damm cool game, very different but for me its what would happen if Tarantino made a video game... and shock horror I enjoy COD4 and MGS4 as well..

you can call a game sorry if it is, but a game like gta4, thats no more then a once in a blue moon game that good for 10 min, to me i understand to the majority its great. so why try to cut the legs out from under it just to get a wow reaction from some other rendom dude on the net. fanboys are filth not people
