Using circumstancial evidence, we can conclude that, because value is important to Gamespot as written in the guide, that a game released as a F2P game would be subject to differing standards than a retail game.
The notion that you have put forward, "all games that are reviewed count", is inaccurate as we have seen from the exclusion of DLC and recently reversed XBL/PSN games....which are both reviewed on Gamespot.Â
My burden of proof is as follows: we cannot conclude that these games are equivalent because the review scale includes value into the decision of rating a game.Â
You seem to have gotten caught up in one statement and ignored everything else.Â
